Dr. Lance Alan Besner

Dr. Besner has been my psychiatrist for approximately 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say about his care. Because of his expertise I can honestly say I've improved so much that I barely remember those dark, confusing days. My quality of life is better than it has ever been. He is so understanding, well read, very compassionate and overall the best psychiatrist in Erie.

Do not agree with his medication choices. Had to detox off many drugs.

Dr. Besner cares so much about you and your situation. Your first appointment with him will be like 45 min. because he wants to know everything about you so that he can help you properly. This doctor is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I suggest him 100%.

My experience with Dr. and Mrs. Lance Besner MD Has been most wonderful. I came to him very ill and now am enjoying the best mental health I have experienced in decades. I find both charming and well meaning. Dr. has a solid education, And he keeps himself well informed on the newest developments. He has a gentle approach and an exceptional memory as to when my meds might be running out. He is good about insisting on blood work to better insure my good health and safety. I am more than pleased!

Dr Besner is incredibly strange. He obviously has some mental issues himself. His staff will over charge you so pay attention! You'll be better off going to stairways than to this guy.
