I have been going to advanced dermatology for sometime now and every single time I have gone there, their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their office is clean and sanitized regularly. In my opinion Dr Barenzanni is one of the best dermatologist around. He is thorough and explains to you in detail what is going on. He is compassionate and truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. I would recommend their office in Albertson anytime. Dr. Barazani is a really nice and kind doctor. He understands your concerns very thoroughly and he listens to you very nicely to help out your situation. I do know I am in good care and hands with my doctor.

I went to have the above treatment. While waiting in the office, I had a sudden recurrence of bleeding from a tiny skin break that occurred at home that morning. The staff took great care of the situation that included having the site cauterized by Dr. Barrazani. They did a great job quickly and efficiently, and continued to complete the previously scheduled treatment

Dr.Barazani and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I came in with many issues and left the office quite satisfied that I had found the right place for all skin issues. So glad a friend had recommended them.

I showed Dr. Barazani several areas of concern. He checked them and explained what he was doing. Applied the treatment and suggested further treatment in a month's time. All support staff were very nice and helpful. Well run office.

I visited with Dr Barazani, my wait wasn’t long at all. The front desk receptionist were warm and friendly, the office was very clean. I didn’t have a sitter and had to bring my son with me and everyone welcomed him too… I received my holiday Botox at a promotional rate. I was more than pleased !

Dr . Barazani is the best dermatologist! He is extremely intelligent in his field of expertise. Very professional. And I wouldn’t go to anyone else .

Dr Barazani has a calming effect during his exams and during procedures. His assistant is works very well with him and is professional. The staff in the office are all pleasant.

He was careful to take a sample of my irritation over my right eye. He had previously been treating me for what could be classified as eczema.

I have a very complicated and rare problem, and he always goes above and beyond to treat me, and will come in early or squeeze me in for emergency appts if my condition goes haywire suddenly. He has even txted w his PA about me when i had flareups when he was out of the country on vacation. So he's been awesome working w a very difficult case on a med level and a personal level!
