Dr . Mattison is a great Pulmonologist, kind, friendly, explains things well and is a life saver. Thinks things out well and determines to find the answers. I would recommend to everyone needing her care.

Dr.Mattison is excellent, always friendly and upbeat. The wonderful staff is just as friendly and efficient as well.

I am not sure what has happened at the office but the person who answers the phone basically just hung up on me and when I called back there is no answer. I have been a patient of the office for several years and will not be going back.

I've been going here for 10 years for copd and sleep apnea. Dr Mattison has always taken time to address my issues. She is always willing to answer my questions..

Efficient and friendly office staff. I've called several times for prescription refills and had no problems. During the visit Debbie helps to make sure the preliminary tests are completed correctly and stress free. Doctor Mattison is easy to talk to and helpful in discussing the treatment options.

Whoever is answering the phone for this place is very rude. The fact that she had no intetest in helping me was obvious.

Dr. Mattison is great, but her office staff is nasty ; Maryann is combative/nasty on phone. It took 7 days to get a refill on important breathing script because of Maryann"s lack of care.

I never write these reviews, but with that being said, I would NEVER go here. Whomever answers the phone is very confrontational, rude and has no customer service skills at ALL!!!! I was told to make an appointment by my PCP with this office. Upon doing so, this receptionist told me since I'm not an established patient I would need to wait for them to call me after they get their referral from my PCP. She never asked my name to check for a referral. This type of behavior does not happen in well-run offices and therefore will be seeing another doctor for my sleep issues.
