Dr. Reddy is so patient with my two girls and myself. She always makes sure to answer all of our questions and we never feel rushed in her office.

Everyone in the office was great. Dr Reddy listened to my concerns and helped come up with the best plan possible for my daughter

Oh wow, I was spoken to rudely and somewhat hung up on (had more questions) when calling to inquire about self pay pricing. I understand if they can’t tell you pricing for somethings but I definitely do not understand why they had to be so rude about it. The person I spoke with also did not seem to know what oral immunotherapy was.

Dr. Reddy and her staff operate with the utmost care and patience. Our office visit was exceptional, and I can’t thank her enough. She spent time thoroughly understanding our issues, and diagnosed and resolved my mother’s allergic reaction immediately. I will definitely be recommending her to our family and friends!

The place was ok. I felt rushed. The staffs wasn’t engaging from front desk (1 guy to back office). The front desk guy was kind but the other guy who was facing inward working next to the front counter had no personality. When checking out the guy didn’t say anything until I had to and as we where leaving I thanked him but his face remains silence. Dr. Reddy is a fantastic physician. She, and her staff, are always professional, caring and courteous. She takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my kids' needs and I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend her.

Denied service to my son after stating because of Covid they could not have more than two adults in a room. The woman who said this was sitting in a room with four adults plus the three of us. I received a call back from the office manager Ray Hernandez following the denied service. In this phone call he stated they would no longer be seeing our son due to our insistence that both parents be present.

I suffer with severe atopic dermatitis from past 10 years, it had become aggressive due to steroid addiction(tsw). Withdrawal from steroid had thrown me into a full body flares and made me allergic to many new foods. Dr. Laxmi on my first visit spent lots of time and understood complexity of my case and ran multiple allergy test and immune tests. Without wasting my time she also referred me to best dermatologist (not cosmologists) who can really help my condition. My son sees Dr. Reddy for his allergies. She is such a great doctor!! Patient and kind and she is truly interested in her patients.

I had the most wonderful visit with my son with Dr. Reddy! I had left a different practice due to some rude customer service and lack of thorough care, and today was the complete opposite. Dr Reddy did a scratch test on my son which was quick and pain free. She was very thorough with her explanation and gave us some good tips at home to care for my son's allergies. I took my daughter to see Dr Reddy and did not have a good experience. Dr Reddy was not friendly to me at all. She would ask me a question then cut me off rudely just to make a point. She appeared to be in a rush and did not see me daughter as a patient in need. I didn't like her personality nor her spirit. Her nurse was also not friendly. I was very frustrated with a previous allergist and a bit defensive when I first met Dr. Reddy. It didn’t take long for me to trust her and her medical advice. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and most important to me, she allows me to assist with the medical decisions regarding my health. I love that! In addition, the entire staff there is friendly and wonderful. There are two specialists in this office and I have no idea which staff works with which doctor. If I could give lower than one star I would. Disappointing! We had to cancel our yearly appointment because our daughter had an allergic reaction. Unfortunately, they have been refusing to refill our EpiPen prescription that has since expired. After calling every day for a week and asking to speak to the Doctor I never got my prescription. They refused to refill it until we had our appointment (that was already rescheduled). It is surprising that a person can take a Hippocratic Oath and let our two year daughter walk around with two food allergies; the nurses showed no compassion because of a logistical reason. We requested repeatedly to speak to the Doctor, but they didn’t seem to care. Needless to say we had to cancel our appointment and find a new doctor. If you are looking to needlessly put your child in harm’s way then this is the place for you. If I could give lower than one star I would. Disappointing! I have been going to Dr. Reddy's practice for the last several months and receiving allergy treatments. I could not be happier. From Dr. Reddy to entire team; everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and caring about the patients. The office also has free Wi-Fi in their waiting area that patients can use.

Dr Reddy and her staff are Amazing!! They genuinely care about their patients and strive to serve them the best they can. The staff has gone above and beyond to assist in challenging insurance situations to ensure patients get the care they need and deserve. My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for a year and we love her! She cares about her patients and wants to ensure they are well. She has saved my son from an allergic reaction and actually understands the need to properly treat patients by evaluating them and not just handing out prescriptions like candy. Dr.Reddy and her staff are all I could have hoped for as a new asthmatic. She has been my allergy & asthma physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is "encyclopedic", treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Reddy is someone you should consider visiting! Dr. Reddy is an excellent doctor. She is prompt and wait is minimal. I have seen lots of doctors to try to figure out my illness. Dr. Reddy has by far been the most effective doctor I've seen. She doesn't give up when the case gets difficult. Her bedside manner is great & she's compassionate. All of her staff are also very helpful, kind, and always pleasant. They are quick to return calls or email. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reddy and her practice.
