I have been seeing her for years and she is the best. She cares about everything. You will not see a nicer office in Cumming. The staff always take care of business in a professional and courteous way. They always remember you and you feel like you know them. Dr. K always has a funny tale to tell and relates to lots of women's issues. My family loves her.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. My first appt went well - she was attentive and listened. Prescribed me Rx that worked well the first go-round. Then, when scheduling a follow-up appt, they called me less than 24 hrs FOUR times, bc "the doctor won't be in." AFTER I waited over an hour in the office for an appt I made weeks prior. I left because I don't like my time being rudely wasted. To top it off, they incorrectly re-filled the wrong version of my Rx. Just unbelievable. Horrible.

Dr. Karnstedt is absolutely devoted to the care of her patients. She is very professional, while equally as kind and truly concerned about their well being. She makes you feel so comfortable an truly listens to her patients. Her staff members are also extremely kind and professional. I would and do recommend her to family and friends.

Very capable lady who provides enough time for a proper discussion of the health issues. The group is small but very friendly and helpful. Is a delight to visit this office.

Wow. Just Wow. I have been seeing her off and on for 2 years. Well I felt horrible for 3 days and called Friday morning hoping to get in. Paige worked me in and the doctor did her exam. She was very concerned by sysmptoms and ran some blood work. I went home assuming I would hear something Monday from her nurse. Well Dr.Karnstedt called at 9:30 that evening to ask I go to the ER for an admission. She had already called the hospital and specialist with all the arrangements made. A+ Doctor.

Recently relocated to Cumming Ga ..... found Dr. Karnstedt and her staff to be friendly and professional. I look forward to meeting her Nurse Practitioner Megan on my next visit.

I was recommended to her via my Cardiologist. He was gushing over his patients feedback about her. I take 6 medications and he said he would trust her with his own mother. My experience with Dr.K was outstanding. She spent 30 minutes of room time and addressed all my concerns. She has a pleasant demeanor and her staff have a great rapport with her. I have visited the office 3 times without any complaints. A great "old school" doctor.

DR Karnstedt listens and empathizes over whatever is bothering you. After just a few visits she remembers who you are and welcomes you at each visit more as friend than a "customer". After a number of years as a patient I have found she does not make impossible promises but will do her very best to find an answer your problem.

Dr. Karnstedt spends a lot of time listening and answering questions. She even writes down information for the patient to look up for more information.The office staff is very kind and professional also.

I recently moved to the area and found Dr. Karnstedt online. I called their office to schedule an appointment and no one answered the phone. I called 4 times yesterday, left a voicemail and no one called me back. I called again today and no one answered yet again. I will definitely be looking for another doctor's office. I just needed an immunization for work, I can't imagine if I was actually sick and needed to be seen ASAP.
