Dr. DeBarge is very professional and does the most thorough eye exam I have even seen. He is very knowledgable and trustworthy. He has performed cataract surgery on several friends and family members, and will do mine when it is time. Dr. DeBarge is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. Another plus is the parking. The office is easy to get in and out of, without all the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic.

Went to see this doctor because I was on a specific medication that required yearly testing by an opthalmologist. The nurse dialated my eyes before my test could be done. They wanted me to come back for the test which would have required another $50.00 copay. Also told me that my actual eye insurance was not accepted anywhere in the area and they didn't accept it either. This all happened in December 2016. It is now almost 6 months later and I just got the EOB from my insurance company. They filed it wrong and under my husband's name (as he was the patient which he was not) and want another 30 dollars. I just called them and of course I am mad so automatically they want to send me to the billing ladies voicemail. I told them I would hold for her. I was then transferred anyway. When I called back, instead of answering, they just hung up on me. When I called back the third time they were in the process of hanging up when I started yelling into the phone. I told them that I didn't appreciate being hung up on. They told me that they were trying to transfer me to the voicemail that I specifically did not want to be transferred to.i was guaranteed by Jillian I would get a call back by 5. It's now 4:30. Five star first-time visit I am very comfortable that doctor DeBarge will be able to help me with my serious eye condition I will be recommending to family and friends

The first time I saw Doctor DeBarge was by referral by an optometrist with concerns that I could lose sight in my eye. Doctor put me at ease with putting an injection in the. He saved my eye and has since performed 2 cataract surgeries. He is professional and most times he greets you with a smile and hand shake. While you might have to wait a few minutes but sometimes that the cost for excellence.
