I have seen Doctor Kim in late August for which I received a bill of $40 and promptly paid off the bill using my FSA card. After the payment was made I have been repeatedly receiving mails from the collection agency asking for a payment of $20. I have tried reaching Dr Kim's office several times but unfortunately neither his staff nor the answering service answer the calls. Even for procedures ( endoscopy, etc) his staff staff does not communicate regularly with the New England Surgical Center, Worcester where the procedures are performed. While Dr Kim is good doctor I cannot say the same about his staff. I also do not know if he is aware of how is staff is in dealing with patients calls

He's always polite and thorough

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for years!!! He is the best and has the best bedside manner! My dad passed from colon cancer and Dr. Kim always makes sure I schedule my appointments for screening.

Dr. Kim has performed several colonoscopies in the period of several years in my colon due to polyps. I have deposited my confidence on his highly skills and I will recommended his services to anyone who is searching for a Gastroenterologist.

The partnership between Dr. Kim and the services he provides at Worcester Surgical Center are top notch.

Dr. Kim came highly recommended to me to have my first colonoscopy (age 50) . Right away, I found him to be pleasant and polite . He was so respectful and knowledgeable in the preop area at Worcester Surgi Center. I will definitely recommend Dr. Kim to family and friends. ~Stacey M.

From The first moment that I met Dr. Kim, I was very impressed by his professionalism, and sincere and straight talk. It is very rare to go to a Doctor that tell you what you have In a way that you can truly understand, and he made sure that I would not leave his office with any doubt about my symptoms and what need it to be done to start the treatment.
