Absolutely so hard not to say bad things about this Place! Took 3 Months and Me calling my old Dr to just get my Medical Record’s! Always a problem getting my Prescriptions even feeled.

I would never send any of my family to this place .. Two members of my family was misdiagnosed by Dr Groom one was told he had bronchitis but actually had cancer even after X-ray treating him for bronchitis on third visit Lung Cancer now he is passed away .. My other family member whom Dr Groom himself yanked a scab of of my family member and told him don’t worry about it cause it nothing .. We’ll you idiot Groom he had cancer too and had to have surgery .. I would never trust him with another family member and all his employees are rude as hell specially the one who talks out loud that she can’t wait to go home and get drunk .. How disgusting this place is .. You need to get more respectful people and more intelligent people or shut the place down is better option!!

Head of nursing very rude. Every time I go there she is the only one rude to me.

I like the staff they are very helpful

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. In 3 yrs my husband only had seen him 1 time. The office of women are rude, your medication is extremely hard to get refilled and sometimes they do not refill in time. Did not fill my husband's seizure medication despite several calls and telling them I had to ration him, husband ended up in hospital that night due to a large seizure, Grooms nurse said that wasn't why hospital said it definitely was. Reckless, and going to seiously hurt someone.

The receptionist and nurses are darling. Dr Groom will refer you to Doctors way off. If you need high blood pressure or something simple, he's a good Dr but if you are in need of pain management, keep looking.

I find the staff to be quite helpful and they listen. I can always get in to see someone. I always get a prompt call back.

The doctor is there 3 or 4 days a month, the NP's are a revolving door of new people when you go, always different, some of the nurses speak down to you in a condescending and intimidating manner, you feel as if no one is managing you health care, you have no right to question anyone.
