I have had acne scars and hyperpigmentation on my face since my teenage years and never could find anyone to get rid of it. I have tried everything. Peels, microdermabrasion, c02, Morpheus etc...It's been a long time of disappointment after disappointment. Well, I can't believe it. Dr. Choe recommended dermabrasion to me and I'm so glad I took it. ALL my hyperpigmentation is gone and A LOT of my acne scarring has diminished. I could almost cry. Went back for botox and he did a great job there too. Lifted my eyebrows and everything. Will be going back in March for a fat transfer to my face. Definitely becoming a new regular here. 10/10. He also has a great bedside manner and an even better sense of humor and his staff is so personable and friendly. Highly recommend.

As a Healthcare Provider myself, I feel a little more skeptical of Healthcare Providers, in this case of a Plastic Surgeons. Dr.Choe is very kind and thorough with his care, from the initial consult through the final visit, Dr.Choe was present and involved. He’s very complete, he wants open and honest concerns to be aired. He contacted me through telephone calls and texting to be assured that I was doing well. I am very pleased with the results achieved and would only recommend Dr. Choe for plastic surgery. Dr Choe and his team have exceeded all of my expectations. The entire staff is courteous and efficient. Dr Choe honestly advised me against doing a more expensive procedure. Rates for their services are within reason for the what the industry as a whole charges. Certainly not the most inexpensive but not the most expensive either and the old adage you get what you pay for is certainly true. Most importantly, the results have been dramatic. I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr Choe and I could not be happier with the results! He is such a kind person and spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedure and the expectations. I never ever write a review for anyone, So this is the first time! I’m also an owner so I can feel a heavy responsibility corresponding to this, As I know how much the reviews mean to me. This doctor and his team are very professional and make sure you’re taken care of, I’ve never done a nose surgery after coming to America due to things online like ‘gone wrong.’ I’ve looked into many doctors like about 5-6 of them, But i end up going back to this one, when I went into the doctors office, I didn’t say anything anything and asked him on how I should fix my nose according to my face, I just listened to how he thinks it should look since he’s the doctor, After finishing, I could see quite a major difference, The medicines helped a lot too.In other places, people end up with bruises and etc, But my face stayed—-quite normal. After conducting tons of research, I decided to consult Dr Choe to address some facial imperfections. Dr Choe advised against the procedures I requested and suggested I have a thread lift. Trusting that he was the facial expert in out area, I trusted his judgement. Hindsight is 20/20. I admit I ignored the red flags. Such as the positive reviews regarding his punctuality. Looking back I see that he's punctual because he rushes through appointments- both consultations and procedures. He does not take time to listen and often interrupts so that he can give his opinion and end the conversation. I purchased the recommended pre-surgery vitamins and followed all pre and post procedures to a T. Still, one of the threads broke in my face before I even got home. Over the next few months, several more threads broke. You could physically see the threads through my skin and Dr Choe refused to take any action other than waiting it out. It finally came to a point where some of the threads broke through my skin and I had to literally cut the pieces off. I called the office multiple times and I was treated as if I were overreacting. I was finally given an appointment and yet again, Dr Choe acted as if there wasn't a problem and that he "didn't see anything noticeable to be concerned about". His only solution was to redo the procedure and charge me for it. I regret ever consulting Dr Choe and having any procedure with him. I strongly recommend choosing someone more qualified, capable, and with more experience. I am not one to write reviews but Dr. Choe is not just any plastic surgeon. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the inside of my eyebrow that was at least the size of a quarter in diameter and all the way down to the bone. This hole would have left me severely disfigured had it not been for Dr. Choe's talent and expertise. He was able to close up the hole in such a way as to bring my eyes and face back to their original appearance. The before and after pictures are truly miraculous. Dr. Choe reconstructed my nose after I broke it in a nasty fall, and I recommend him without reservation. His technique is excellent: I healed quickly with no complications, and both my breathing and appearance have improved. He is a good listener and responded to my questions with patience and thoroughness. Also, his practice is very well managed: his receptionist looks up and greets me when I enter the waiting room, which is soothing and doesn't have a TV blaring; his assistants and nursing staff are pleasant and thoughtful; and Mrs. Choe, who manages the business office, is amiable and professional. Let me preface by saying that I have never written a review of any product of service. I have suffered from a very strange medical condition for over 30 years. I have sought the professional help of over 20 different doctors and or specialists over the course of these 30 years and on both coasts of the United States. I can say with certainty that with all the money I have spent and with all the counseling and/or treatments I have received, none have benefited me to any degree even close to what Dr Choe has done for me. My experience at the Choe center was horrific, Dr. Choe was repeatedly laughing at the shape of my nose and he was very disrespectful when ever the topic of my appearance would be mentioned he would say a snarky comment and he would laugh at the shape of my nose during the consultation multiple times.

Dr. Choe is very unprofessional, I couldn't ask a question without him laughing at me or he would make a disrespectful comment that I would expect a elementary school student to make. He lied and said that when a patient uses rib cartilage to lift the bridge of their nose that it hurts when it doesn't. Also he lied and said that when a patient uses rib cartilage to lift the bridge of their nose that it will leave a line on the patients nose and that is false. The reason why he said those false statements is because he doesn't know how to do use rib cartilage to lift ones nose bridge. He is childish, disgraceful, and he is an overall nasty vile person. Dr. Choe was laughing at me during the entire consultation but if I had laughed at his appearance then I would have been wrong. If you are looking for professionalism from a surgeon don't go here and if you don't want to be laughed at by Dr. Choe then don't go here. It's shocking that if a person wants to change their appearance then that shows how they dislike parts of their appearance so one would think that Dr. Choe would have been respectful and wouldn't have laughed at someone for the very thing that they want to change. Dr. Choe is an artist. His work is impeccable. Also, the place runs like clockwork; great staff too.

Dr. Cho is very detailed and efficient at what he does. I went to see him about the bags under my eyes. He suggested surgery but also suggested Restylane as well. I chose the Restylane. I don't have time for recuperation for the surgery. It took two visits (only because I needed to go to work next day and did not want the swelling) and the results are amazing. I have no more bags!!! There was very little pain, just a little pinch, and he was super quick. I had very little swelling and no noticeable bruising. I will definitely be returning. Had hair transplants done and am extremely pleased with the entire process. Everyone was friendly, they worked with me financially and the process was well explained.

As a man in my early 30s I was nervous about getting a nose job but I had somehow broken or fractured my nose at some point in the past and I wanted it fixed. Dr Choe is a super cool guy with a lot of qualifications, the surgery was easy and almost entirely pain free. My new nose is a lot nicer then I could have ever imagined it being. I thought fixing my crooked nose was just going to help me breath better, but it also made me a lot more attractive. If you're thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, I strongly suggest it. I also suggest you use Dr Choe. One of the best decisions I've ever made. I have been seeing Dr. Choe for over six years for treatments ranging from skin care to scar removal. He specializes in faces and I trust his expert judgment and wide range of experience to help correct problems and fight off some of the signs of aging. Dr. Choe is fabulous, OBVIOUSLY, but so is his staff; they are professional and friendly and willing to answer problems or concerns and offer helpful solutions. After interviewing five Plastic Surgeons in Virgina Beach and New York City, I decided Dr. Choe had the experience and knowledge base that best fit my needs. I want to express how extremely pleased I am with the level of professionalism, knowledge and support I received with Dr. Cho and his entire team! Dr. Cho specializes in facial surgery, it was his training and obviously his passion. He spent time with me explaining the process, answering my questions and overall helped make me feel totally comfortable making the decision to move forward with a mini facelift. I am in my late 50's and grew uncomfortable with the sagging jawline and neck area. It's been 2 months and I could not be more pleased with the results. I was working, although at home, the very next day and was out in public in less than a week. I had been considering having a face lift for a few years. I was approaching my 60th birthday, and had heard from a friend about Dr. Choe. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Choe to be my surgeon. The entire staff is excellent, making me feel at ease. Dr. Choe's expertise is apparent in the outcome of my surgery. I look and feel 10 years younger!
