Dr. Kyle Lawrence Cabbell

Everytime I come for a visit I wait at least 2 hours or more. I am already in enough pain an setting in these uncomfortable seats just make it worse. One time he says I am unable to set for a long period of time cause of my pain also can walk for a long period of time I have to set. I have been unable to work for 2 yrs an cannot get any help on getting my disability wish I would've listened to everyone that said don't have back surgery u will be worse off that when before .

This practice has great service. From registration and in between was very pleasant. And once I was with Dr Kyle Cobbell, it was fantastic! All the visits from the ER and my primary physician, he's the only caring to get my back pain issue resolved. Dr. Cabell was very informative and direct about my ailment. I like the fact that he didn't "sugar coat" anything. Definitely has my vote. One of my 3 top picks in his area of expertise for sure!

Great Doctor and Surgeon he told me he couldn't make me hole but could make me better, with my back condition he did and I am very thankful for Dr Cabbell and staff would recommend him to anyone with back pain or spine and neck.

Dr Cabbell is rude, has too many surgeries and zero patient followup care. My mother had back surgery 6 months ago and still isn’t walking due to drop foot and numbness that wasn’t there prior. He has given us little if any time, never seems to understand why we are there and is always confrontational. He recently told us he has no need to see us anymore meanwhile we are stuck paying round the care while our mother is completely wheelchair bound. Do no let him operate on you or your loved ones.

After seeing many doctors, I truly appreciate Dr. Cabbell taking the time to listen and understand my frustrations with my symptoms, clearly explain my MRI results and immediately send follow up recommendations to my other doctors. If he were in my insurance network, I would have not hesitated to have him perform my surgery!

Does not refill prescriptions in a timely or consistent manner, he single handedly has created more dope heads than most doctors in Greensboro.

Friendly and caring! Would recommend everyone with Spinal trouble to go see Dr. Cabbell!

He was nice and considerate. My wait time was very short. I would recommend to any one that needed a doctor in his field.

Always have to wait an hour and a half or more over appointment time to be seen. Every single time. Don't set appointments if patients have to wait almost two hours to be seen. This is ridiculous.

Dr Cabbell did an excellent job on my recent back surgery , I've had prior similar procedures and I am amazed at how quickly I'm progressing on my recovery this time . I would recommend Dr Cabbell and Carolina Neurosurgery to others .

What a great experience at this place. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Cabbell has a great personality, which made me feel very at ease being it was my first time there.

He has been my Doctor for years I simply trust him with my back and long term health.

Dr. Cabbell provided exceptional care with regard to removal of my GBM tumor. He answered all of my and my family’s many questions professionally and thoroughly. He greeted me and walked me back to my appointments which was appreciated. Another highly respected surgeon in the field reviewed my post-op MRI for study intake purposes and commented on what a great surgery I’d had. Would definitely recommend for his skill and knowledge.

My doctor retired and I was sent to Carolina Neurosurgery, Dr Cabbell has done 2 surgeries on me. I was well pleased with the outcome on both.

Best Doctor I had so far. Caring and will listen to u and do what's best for you. I highly recommend him

Within 5 minutes of checking and Seeing CNA, Dr. Cabbell called me in. Went over MRI several times, explained there were no major structural problems with spine, just arthritis & minor disc degeneration. No surgery needed Explained pain mgt options. It was a very efficient explanation of my back issues. He answered all of my Qs. Appreciated his patience.

The absolute WORST patient care treatment I have ever seen. He isn't even my husband's doctor but had to answer an after-hours call (7 pm) and lost his mind on me for calling. I had a legitimate reason and he acted like a child. Unprofessional and rude.

I can't remember if it was 2013or14.ButDr.Cabbell performed surgery on my back. I have never had a problem until I took a job in 2017 doing some cleaning for a school. When I first met Dr.Cabbell he was very nice and to me very professional. I got shifted to Dr.Cabbell from another doctor in that office. He saved my back like he said he would. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

The punctuality of one particular doctor in this office is pathetic!! If you are referred to Dr Cabbell I would recommend you pack breakfast, lunch, and dinner because you will wait for at least an hour to 2 hours or more before you are seen!!! Patients are sitting in this waiting room who’s appointments were at 9am and it’s now 1145am and no signs of Dr Cabbell!!! Smdh! CP time on another level is an understatement with this guy!!! Kyle Cabbell performed a microdiscectomy on my lower back 7 months ago and I am still in the same constant pain and agony as I was prior to the surgery. Kyle Cabbell was over 3 hours late to my surgery and he was very uncaring and arrogant towards my family. I would NOT recommend trusting this man with your body nor your wellbeing. His office didn’t want to follow up when I went back to them letting them know I was still suffering. I am 25years old and I regret trusting him to perform his duty. He was recommended to me by MD Neal Goldberg over at Carolina Bone and Joint and I don’t recommend anyone going there neither, they are only money hungry and they don’t care about their patients. If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. I recommend doing deep research when it comes to the wellbeing of your body and health. This is the second back surgery Dr. Cabbell has done on me. He is a very good doctor. I can now walk without pain.

Shows up late for surgery,states “well can’t do anything without me”. 4 days later still haven’t seen him make an appearance to the room. Called the office three times looking for him. First time I was told “he isn’t here he should be at the hospital making rounds” 2nd time was told “he would be there soon” 3rd time at 4:45pm was told he was in with a patient” in the office. Poor poor communication and consideration of patient and family needs/issues. I’d never recommend this Dr!

My wife's surgery from by Dr Cabbell was the biggest regret of our entire life. Dr Cabbell put my wife in a wheelchair immediately after surgery. Dr Cabbell told me and my wife that her cervical surgery was one of the most common procedures done today and if it makes her feel more comfortable that he has never paralyzed a single patient in his entire career. My wife lives in daily pain and may never walk again. Thanks to Dr Cabbel

As a professional singer, I was very upset to hear that I needed neck surgery after my car accident, and more scared when Dr. Cabbell described the surgery - that they would need to make the incision on the front of my neck and move everything out of the way to access my cervical spine, and that there was a chance of permanent damage to my vocal cords. I am currently one month post-op for a double cervical disk replacement and singing beautifully. Skilled, personable, and professional.

I have used Dr. Cabell's services twice now. The first time he performed surgery he was over an hour late. Recently I was to have a Myelogram and he was thirty minutes late. I feel this is unprofessional behavior. I am charged a late fee and rescheduled if I am late for an appt.
