If I could give them no stars I would.... Do not bring your children here . The front lady is 1 of the most rudest people in this area. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They do awful work and charged my insurance for 3 fills when my daughter got only 1. Do your self a favor and hit the back button and look for someone else's. Old lady is super rude. Was coming all the way from BARNHART was 8 mins late. Didn't want to take me in. I'm a single mom had to find a baby sitter, had to find a ride. No right to treat a customer that way. I walked out. Will not be coming back.

My first experience was when I was younger but I am a adult now I’m going to schedule my appointment Monday great services

Great People! Great Staff! Very Neat and Clean office. Everything about my entire experience was positive had to go 7 times in a row to get all my repairs.

My kids have been coming here for awhile, amazing staff and dentist. Today my son had oral surgery at a surgeons office. When I got him home he was bleeding like crazy. Dr.richter saw him right away and helped us tremendously. I am so thankful to him for helping when he really did not have to. My son is now feeling a lot better and the bleeding is more controlled. The actual Denistry work with Dr. Richter was fine it was the beginning starting with the receptionist, she always has an attitude. On this day it totally reflected, when I entered first there was no eye contact with me I was standing right there so I went and sat down in a chair where you could still see me and I her. Dr Richter is the best. He cleans each patients teeth himself!!!

I love the office. I had such a great experience with them the first time now my whole family goes. You guys rock and keep it up. Just wish he was opened on Saturday because I travel for work and I have to push appointments off sometimes.

After having read the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical about starting care for my family with Dr. Richter. I proceeded simply because my dad goes there, and told me that he's had no issues. I'm glad that I did. The staff goes above and beyond. The insurance had issues with approving claims for my kids, and the staff led the way and got it all handled. They always tell me beforehand what the visits will cost, and Dr. Richter and his staff are amazing with my kids. We have never had to wait long for our appointments, and the front desk ladies are exceptionally accommodating. This morning as I am sitting in the waiting room, the 2 people behind the desk are steady talking about their crazy weekend. Cops.....blah blah blah. Cursing using the f word and all. I'm out here in the waiting room you do have clients out here and we can here you! Very unprofessional and I am offended! My son was with me for a bit of this and I just can't believe you thought it was ok to tell your story about your crazy weekend while you were behind the desk and you had clients in the waiting room. He knows im a baby about mouth pain, and is kind and gentle to me and have never had a problem with him gentle man love him

If I could I'd give him no stars I sat there for an hour just for him to look at two teeth that needed to be pulled and refer me to an oral surgeon! I'll never go back I found a better dentist that pulled my teeth no problem
