Very disappointed in the treatment my brother received. I work for a physician myself and I don't understand how you can tell a patient you can't give them lab results until January! That's 2 months from now. You don't even get to see the actual physician. You see a P.A! Which we don't mind as long as our health concerns and questions are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I dont recommend this office.

I have been waiting for six months to get an appointment for surgery. Staff personal said they were having trouble getting an authorization from cardiology office. I got on the phone with in two weeks cardiologist’s paper were filled and faxed over. At the Gastrointerology’s office keep saying they haven’t get the fax. I asked them the fact is I can’t get in the office and coordinate the document be fax ok. I was told by the medical assistant, because I called her recently three times, that she has 200 patients to take care, it not only me. I suggested if it is too much for her she needed it more help. She reply no I can do all. It is not just you. Unfortunately I keep bleeding internally. She seen care less for patients, I help her, which I believe if you want services to be rendered you are going to expedite your documents yourself if you want to get you surgeries. And that may no even work, because they just don’t care.

He is a very inconsiderate Dr. He won't listen to what you have to say and it is his way or the hiway. Besides he is a liar and just does not tell the truth. Had a colonoscopy which could have been handled by a rectal exam. Was over dosed on sedation also. The day of the procedure I didn't even see Dr. Bala but an associate and never met him before or after the procedure he didn't even come out and talk to my husband in regards to the findings. Never will go back there again and had been patient of his for nearly twenty years.

The worst clinic I have been, one year trying to see the doctor, 4 appointments and only see his assistants, diferent each time, be careful people if you do not see the doctor in the first appointment change the doctor, I am lucky to be alive, one year whith pain and thinking was my fatty liver ,his assistants told me that, I Had the C. Diff bacteria, my instetins coul have been broken, I could not eat, no drink, I Did not recommend this doctor at all, very unproffesional.

I am a physician that is suffering from a gastrointestinal disorder. I recently moved to California from New York and needed to establish. Dr Bala was recommended. I am extremely familiar with the medical field and how an office should be run. I was not impressed at all. The staff and the physician were not kind. The front door staff asked me personal medical information in the waiting room. After waiting in the room for an hour, Dr Bala comes in and first question is "Who are you?"
