Dr. Kshemal Mankodi

Dr. Mankodi was my doctor for many years I want to say at least 8 yrs if not longer because he merged with a company my insurance was no longer taken and I had to find a new doctor. Much changed when I left I trusted him so much I referred my mom to him and another friend. Mankodi knew she was my mom I even told him to take good care of her. He knew I lost my dad in 2008 mom her husband so when I sent her to the one doctor I trusted in 2019 I believed she would be in great hands. I can’t begin to explain the pain he’s caused our family as he dismissed so many things going on with my mom now that I look over her records when i became her POA when we found out she had CANCER was giving antibiotics and steroids and other meds for her headaches instead of trying maybe one or two antibiotics not taking months and had she seen an ent or a pulmonologist for her breathing she’s gone now 12/15/2022 We are so crushed she had CANCER all this time not a sinus infection or ear infection. :(

Mankodi was an ok doctor. Unfortunately, his staff is lazy. Dad is an aging parent and has needs for his age. Staff was unwilling work with insurance, in fact, they said they no longer take his insurance and dropped us, leaving dad in a unfortunate limbo. I checked to see if this is true and called the insurance company. I confirmed that was not the case and they are still listed in dad's insurance provider's catalog and it's been 2 years since they called me to let advise they were no longer accepting it. Is this even legal? Refuse to provide service to the geriatric community? I hope they are investigated. Staff just didn't want to do their job. During some visits I noticed their impatience with dad and somewhat rude. I guess he should list himself as a pediatrician if the geriatric population causes much trouble to assist. Message from patient to staff, then staff to Dr. Mankodi, somewhere something is not getting conveyed. Always having to call back several times to straighten out. This is not the way to run a service or a business.

Schedules all new patients a month and a half out

Dr Mankodi has been my dr for 5yrs now and I have no words to explain how good he’s been to me.

I finally found a doctor that I love. I never, ever feel rushed. And his office staff is great too. I can't tell you how many times I changed doctor because the office staff was useless...having to call and recall several times just for a prescription refill.

Yes!I would definitely recommend Dr.Mankodi. He is Very Professional and experienced. He listens and explains.

Staff is rude and uncompassionate. It’s a pandemic mind you. If you miss an appt they don’t care to ask why they just drop you from the practice. No letter, no courtesy phone call and to me that unprofessional.

DR.MANKODI IS NOT YOU TYPICAL DOCTOR. HE TAKE TIME AND LISTEN TO YOU AND MAKES YOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND HELPS YOU OUT WITH ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. I WISH THERE WERE MORE DOCTORS LIKE HIM. I WILL MISS HIM because I'm moving. Thank you so much Doctor Mankodi!!! YOU THE BEST????

Dr. Mankodi is a great doctor. However WellMed not so much. Absolutely horrible interaction for the 2nd time with a particular staff member. Never had this problem before. Ever since well med took over my physicians office its been a nightmare. Its time to move on. You are a business and for profit. However, my medical management along with my husbands will be going elsewhere. The front office staff one in particular is very rude and condescending. Just not worth upsetting me. Treat people with respect. Remember who puts the food on your table. Actually walked out of an appt. because of her.

While i really like dr mankodi since he went with well med they have forced him to drop my insurance. I have an appt tomorrow. I got the call an hour ago that they no longer accept it. Well med you suck. I will never go to a doctor that signed up with you. Well med just ruined a great doctor.

I have been seen Dr Mankodi since I was 14 now I’m 23 and he is seen my daughter. The reason why I’m giving him a 1 star is because the staff specially the lady from the front desk they are so rude and sadly The Doctor just rushes you out and doesn’t do his job that good that’s why I’m switching my baby to another doctor

Great doctor and very compassionate. I and my husband have been using as a doctor for many years.

Dr. Mankodi is a fabulous physician and we have been going to him for many years. He listens, does not prescribe unless needed, has knowledge above many others and other doctors go to him for assistance at times. He has a very pleasant mannerism and we respect and love him and the care he provides to us. Thankful to have him!

Dr. Mankodi is a very kind Family Medicine Doctor, however his staff (especially one in particular) are extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to set an appointment and was not only rudely greeted, but throughout the whole conversation she was not pleasant, curt, and unaccommodating. I am highly considering to locate a different doctor, since I do not wish to deal with this staff team.

Dr. Mankodi is a kind and warm doctor who takes the time to listen to you and your issues. In today's world of these insurance plans that force doctors and staff to deal more with paper work than patients, he and his staff are a breath of fresh air. If you find yourself looking for a primary car physician, I recommend you consider Dr. Mankodi

Absolutely a terrible practice. Extremely rude staff, no compassion what so ever. The Doctor doesn’t have good side manners.

Dr. MANKODI Always great with my kids especially my autistic son. Staff is also good and they get back to me quickly for any requests. We are very happy with this clinic.

Excellent service, office staff was very courteous. Dr Mankodi was very courteous and listened well. A+ rating. Great practice.

My Grandson has a lot of health issues so medical visits are often. We usually have to ask many questions but not and this Clinic.I'm so impressed with Dr. Mankodi he's an excellent Physician.

Dr. Staff are very rude. It literally takes a day or two for them to get a prescription right. Insurance company was trying to work with me to get a prescription filled. Nurse told me she did not have the time to get on the phone and wait for them. So she would fax it and it took 2 days to get a prescription done that was out of medication for over three days because of that

This doctor is okay but as far as his nurses helpers front desk they are all rude disrespectful threatening and has nothing in order I would never ever recommend this doctor's office to anybody as because of their way of talking to you rushing you out threatening and not even doing the work that you came for horrible service customer service and needs new help and new people do not bring your kids or your family here you will get no help and nothing gets done you would pretty much wasting gas

I have been going to Dr Mankodi's office for several years His reception area is a disgrace they are rude to the point after they answer a call they will make fun of the patient in hearing range of people who are waiting to be seen . I'm a cancer survivor and my prosthetics office needed a rx for a new leg and they still were not forth coming after 3 months the sad thing is I like the Dr though he is so rushed I feel uncomfortable and what I tell the nurse it is never conveyed
