Felt personally cared for! Dr. Nowak is thorough, detailed, a good listener. Pleasant, respectful, gives clear explanations, clear instructions. He followed up on an item not part of my initial complaint - to the point of calling me personally with his concern, and giving me a vaccine I had not expected to need. He is referring me to specialists who may be even more helpful with my ongoing issue, as well as scheduling his own follow-up tests and exams. Feel lucky to have found him, recommend him without hesitation!

Dr. Nowak kindly provided clear advice and effective treatment for my allergy issues. The nursing staff, especially Debbie and Morgan, were exemplary. The office staff were very well organized, efficiently handling scheduling and insurance/payment related tasks. I would recommend this office to any patient.

I don't write many reviews on here at all- but I decided to take a moment to write one for my Allergist, Dr. Nowak. I've had bad allergies with dogs and cats for a few years, which is the reason why I sought him out (by word of mouth). My first visit, I peppered Dr. Nowak with plenty of questions, and not only did he not hesitate to answer them, but he explained them to me throughly, siting statistics, When the visit concluded, I felt very comfortable moving forward with him as my allergist. Since, I have reccommened him to numerous friends and family (4 of which who are now his patients). The facility is always clean, the staff is one of the best (if not THE best) I've ever been around, etc. Biggest thing: I used to have bad allergies to dogs... now I own a dog. Excellent doctor! He is very thorough, always explains disease process and treatment options. Highly recommend!

I really recommend DR NOWAK. he is extremely professional, dedicated patient. He make you feel like you are his family. He explains and make sure that you understand everything, he make you feel secure, confidence. My husband was sick for over 8 months and he went into so many different doctors and any of them told him what was the problem , he loses 27 pounds. Coughing , he no was able to sleep. Vomiting every single day and night. Literally we were almost crazy And when he went to Dr. NOWAK immediately told him that he has a chronic asthma . Dr. Novak was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was warm and compassionate and helped my son tremendously with his skin condition. He spent time answering our questions and he offered many suggestions to help. I will definitely continue using Dr. Novak. His staff was also very kind and caring. He is truly a God’s blessings! He managed both my children with his expertise and skills and made us feel better! after few weeks their eczema flare ups were relieved! Highly recommended!

Dr. Nowak and his staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Nowak is not only a genius but also has a big heart! He’s exceptionally thorough in his testing and practice and will always go the extra mile on both a medical and personal level.. He has literally saved me - many times over!! He was very understanding and accommodating

My sister had a horrible experience with this doctor and his staff. Mid consultation the doctor’s staff interrupted, told the doctor that he was needed elsewhere and the two proceeded to talk about my sister outside the door. The woman staff telling Dr. Nowak “l saved you from that patient.” My sister describes the staff as unprofessional and upsetting! Would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if google would allow. I have been seeing Dr. Nowak for several years now at ENT&Allergy. The staff have always been very nice and extremely helpful to me. Always a good experience

Dr.Nowak and staff are the best I have ever had. He solved my problem that 3 other Doctors did not figure out. He looked at my problem from different perspectives and told me it was not one thing but a variety of problems and he found the missing link via a referral to a speech therapist who made me aware of what I was doing wrong that lead me to have a vocal cord dysfunction which made me get short of breath and have a hoarse throat which was elevated almost immediately and allowed me to recover from my other chronic respiratory issues. Great job. And highly recommend Dr. Nowak.

Dr. Nowak helped me so much. He helped me with my acid problem 4 years ago. He found my problem and fixed it. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have known what was going on with my health. I got my surgery done and I automatically felt so much better. I recommend him to anyone till this day! Thank you Dr. Nowak.

Dr. Nowak helped me tremendously as I prepared to undergo a second nasal polyp removal surgery by a colleague of his. He swiftly checked for allergies, got my asthma under control and introduced a drug regimen to help keep the polyps from returning. I continue to be amazed by the efficiency and kindness shown in every aspect of his practice. Those are rare qualities in healthcare theses days, and I feel extremely grateful.

Thank goodness I found this MD. Who listens to his patients and is understanding of their situation. His treatment is goal oriented and his staff is outstanding. I could never have found a better place to be other than under his care.

Dr Nowak showed genuine concern as spend time objectively observing my conditions. This is an excellent Dr who has extensive experience in many peripheral medical fields which helped his accurate diagnosis of my condition. Thank you to Dr. Nowak and ENT.

Dr Nowak has changed my life in two ways. Allergy Shots and Pneumovax. I would historically get sick whenver the seasons changed. We did allergy testing and immune system testing and found out that a combo of allergy shots and pneumovax could help me. I've been doing the shots for years and definitely noticed a difference. The pneumovax took it to the next level. I have not gotten sick as often and when I do get sick, it is over much faster. Thank you!!!!

He is personable and brilliant. He respects the patient and considers their input carefully. He takes his time and explains everything carefully. He creates a treatment plan that addresses every symptom and follows up to make certain it was beneficial and thorough. I could not be happier. Dr. Nowak is a caring, intelligent, thoughtful physician. He obviously takes great pride in treating his patients really well and takes the time to explain his thought process at each visit. He provides personal care and even follows-up personally to ensure the care resulted in a positive outcome. His nurse Debbie is also very helpful and knows her business and takes care of patients very efficiently and effectively. Great team!
