Dr.Miles is extraordinary in her chair side manner, her ability to diagnose and advise and her willingness to listen. Great experience!

Dr.Miles and her Staff are the Best. I’ve seen her on multiple occasions. She was able to make time for an emergency on a Friday for me.

I have gone to Dr Miles since 1997. I have always had a good result. Her office staff are polite and efficient. I highly recommend this doctor.

My experience has been really good, but was a little confused yesterday when I was charged for the appointment. I thought my initial payment covered all follow ups. But I really like Dr. Miles and her staff!

Dr Miles and her staff are professional & very friendly. They explain my gum problems & how we can best solve them. I always feel confident that they are taking good care of me.

I had a scheduled visit that I thought about cancelling due to another health problem. Once I explained what the issue was Dr. Miles snd the hygienist was very accommodating and everything went well. Can’t say enough about how patient oriented this place is.

Dr Miles and her staff are very kind and caring persons. In addition, Dr Miles and her assistant "O" have done 4 extractions and implant posts. Each time I have not felt any pain during the tooth removal and post preparation process.

Dr.Miles is compassionate and efficient; she fully explains what she is doing (the procedure), and what the near term and long term outlooks are expected to be.

Amazing, Veronica the office manager greeted me by name, and I had never been there before. I was a referral for a consult. Dr. Miles and her long-term assistant were professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the office was relaxing for a dentist office. The visit was informative and to the degree of being able to understand and retain to make the proper decision for my treatment. Highly recommend, OH YES VERY NICE PEOPLE.

Dr Miles is very compassionate, caring and helpful, I feel in very good hands in my dental care with her.

Dr Krystal put me at ease immediately, she has a very calming presence. I was afraid that I might be losing a tooth, but she assured me that wasn't the case. She explained in detail the procedure she'd be using and what to expect. And she got me in right away for an appointment. Thank you Dr. Krystal!

I first came across Dr. Miles when a previous dentist location referred me to a periodontist in August 2022. The first meeting went very well! She took the time to listen to my concerns and I left her office feeling much better than I did leaving the previous dental office. I came in for my following appointment a few months later and Sonia did a great job cleaning my teeth. Veronica is very pleasant as well. The entire staff at this office makes you feel welcome and never rushed. I enjoy coming here and hope I won't have to switch to anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Miles!

I am on my 3 rd implant procedure with Dr. Miles . I would never see another Dr other than her. She and her staff from front desk and back are all kind, compassionate, and just the best at what they do .

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miles and her staff. They are friendly and caring. Dr. Miles and her staff communicated with me and made sure to be transparent about my teeth and all dental care. I will say I had a unique experience with clear communication that many other offices do not offer the same way. I recommend anyone to come to her office.

I don't believe I've ever rated a dentist visit a 'pleasure". But Dr Miles and her staff made it so. I was just there for a checkup. Dr Miles said my gums were in great shape. She didn't try to sell me on some expensive treatment that I didn't need. We then had a delightful conversation. I recommend Dr Miles without reservation.

Professional, experienced and honest evaluation and recommendations. Excellent interactive exam with a hand mirror for me as she pointed to teeth; large x-ray image used for description. Honest, reasonable recommendations on how to proceed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miles for 2 + years. Dr Miles and her staff are wonderful to work with. They are professional and very helpful. Dr Miles is very gentle and her novicane shots are painless.

Dr. Miles is extremely good at her profession. She is a perfectionist and has a kind and gentle touch. Her staff are so friendly and perform high quality work.

I can't say enough good things about Veronica and Oralia. Dr. Miles was AWESOME. She took the time to listen to my concerns and asked me questions to get to know my background and explained what she would do for me. It was like sitting down and talking with a friend. She was professional yet friendly and very caring. She is saving me thousands of dollars. Glad we’re back to pre-Plandemic teeth cleaning procedures. The Hygienist does a very nice job, when Big Brother stays the hell out of the way.

Dr. Miles and staff are top notch - from check in to check out. As a physician myself, I wouldn't let anyone but Dr. Miles take care of my oral health. From the routine to the complex, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Miles for all my dental/oral care.

Honestly the BEST periodontist experience EVER. I've had a few oral surgeries in my life and Dr. Miles's office makes me not hate to go in... LOL. You know? Warm, friendly and knowledgable dentist. Office staff great! My first visit and I am so glad I found them. Have only had a consultation but love the fact that she explains everything so carefully with x-rays and a mirror so I can see my mouth as she explains.

I've never been to a dentist office for they were so kind considerate helpful unfriendly really put me at ease. It made you feel like you were friends immediately. Give me helpful formative walk through every detail what they were doing. Highly recommend them. We all know how we like dentist. LOL

My experience with Dr. Miles was exceptional. She listen to the patient issues and recommend the best course of action. To me my experience was like night and day compared to previous dentist. Everyone there was amazing! They helped ease my high anxieties and give me hope for the future. I definitely recommend them!

As always, a thorough exam and a fully explained treatment plan by Dr. Miles. The staff is relaxed, helpful, and well-informed. Dr. Miles earned and keeps my trust and confidence that her skills will produce the outcome she describes.

I have had two gingival skin grafts by Dr. Miles. I am nervous about dental work like most people and everyone in this office makes me feel very comfortable. Dr. Miles and her assistant make a point to have conversation and jokes during the procedure so that you're distracted from what's happening. Veronica is always so nice and welcoming and always remembers my name when I come in. They all treat you like a friend and not a patient. The rooms have big windows and a beautiful view! Dr. Miles treated me for a gum infection. She’s very conscientious and thoughtful, as is her assistant. The surgery went very well. It was surprisingly quick and considering, painless. With the local anesthesia, of course. I highly recommend Dr. Miles.

Every time I come here they are on time, professional and address my issues. The office staff, the hygienist, Dr. Miles are her assistant are always friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I do not like going to the dentist but the medical care I get here is well worth the visit.

Dr. Miles was referred to me by my regular Dentist. I had broken a piece of 1 of my 2 front teeth. Dr. Miles was able to work me into her schedule in a much shorter time than another Oral Surgeon. So Monday the 8th of November I had my Consult where she explained two options. We settled on the following day (November 9!) My broken tooth was slowly wiggled and loosened up to Remove it. After some consideration an Immediate Implant was inserted shortly after my former front tooth was Extracted. I really was pleased that she and her assistant "O" spoke freely throughout the whole procedure. That helped me stay Calm and Confident I had made a Good Choice! I couldn't have asked for a Better Outcome. And a Very Dedicated "Implant" Surgeon! I would Highly recommend Dr. Krystal Miles, DDS. She's Friendly, Easy going and "Knows Her Business Well!" Thank you Dr. Miles. ???? Update: 2/16/2022 This was my 3 month checkup to see if my Implant was ready to receive the crown Studio Dental (Dr. Athena Storey) would make impressions and create the crown. Dr. Miles called the office for an appointment and it turned out there was cancellation. So, they sent me Straight Over to Studio Dental and I was able to expedite getting my crown possibly sooner than expected.
