Favorite provider at the moment. Provider was very caring, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be recommending my family to her. Staff was super friendly and the office was super clean.

Ii am so happy to have her as my provider. She is so caring and knowledgeable. She understands, hears Mt concerns, and explains things so I understand. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

NP Trivedi was very helpful. She was very professional and compassionate. She takes time to listen and takes proper course of action.

What a horrible experience. This PA was rude and condescending. She spoke to me like I was both illiterate and unintelligent. I would not have her treat me again if I was bleeding from my eyes in the street. Very disrespectful. Cigna will be hearing more from me.

NP Trivedi is just O.K. It is frustrating because she refers you out for pretty much everything. She can also be quite intimidating to talk to, which isn't an ideal situation when it comes to visiting your primary care Dr. (You should feel comfortable talking to them.) Her "friendliness,"attitude, etc., are inconsistent- so you never know how she is going to be/act in a visit. I have a family member that sees her as well. Her problems never really get solved. It's impossible to see a different Dr for every little thing (since she refers you out for everything), so most things go untreated. She also often disregards, or doesn't take what my family member is there for, seriously (because of her age-we think). Both of us WANT to get a new Dr. The only reason we haven't is because of the hassle, & because of Covid19 going on right now. We plan to find someone to better manage our care soon, though.
