Found Dr Heinzman to be very thorough and knowledgeable concerning my procedure coming up. Feel very comfortable with him.

Dr. Heinzman is an excellent communicator. He is patient, answers your questions throughly, and makes you feel at ease. The technician applying the heart monitor thoroughly explained the procedure as he applied it.

Had my pacemaker battery replaced while pregnant. Dr. Heinzman respected my wishes to be awake for the procedure to decrease any risk to the baby and ensured appropriate and comfortable care throughout.

my experience has been the best excellent service and very professional attention my health is very well taken care of.

Love, Dr. Heinzman, I wasn’t feeling well, and even though his office was packed, he squeeze me in. Made me feel much better.

Dr. Kristopher Heinzman impressed me from the very first office visit. He was intently interested in why I was there and he actually listened. He asked questions and listened again. He was very reassuring that I was good hands and he has followed through by proving that I am in good hands. I feel totally confident that he will do whatever is best for me. My next procedure is a Pacemaker. I am not at all nervous about it because I know he is a professional in that field and I am very confident of his knowledge and abilities.

Great doctor!

Dr heinzman is a great dr its not often I feel comfortable with anyone but he makes you at ease when you talk and ask questions

Dr Heinzman is great and has helped me a lot. I had two heart ablation procedures and he is very easy to talk to and is really good at calmly explaining details. My problems were stressful and his demeanor really put me at ease and gave me confidence about what needed to do.

I had to wait 55 mins to see the doctor. I was on the verge of leaving when he came in. He is very competent and deserves 4 stars but appointments have to be better managed. Yes, when I first was brought in the aid did a EKG and another aide came in and tested my pacemaker. That took the first 10 mins or less. A lot of white space between tests and seeing the doctor. Dr. Heinzman and his staff excelled in providing knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and compassionate care throughout my appointment. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and to share my concerns, and each issue was addressed and explained in terms I could easily understand. Doctor Heinzman is an awesome doctor him and his team did an ablation on my heart and like man he's really laid back and down to earth he explained everything that he was going to be doing and did an awesome job and his medical team was as awesome so I would highly recommend that if you need something like this done look him up he's with the Seton hospitals. The rating only goes to 5 but I give him a 10 with a big thumbs up. Dr. Heinz man, and his staff fabulous they keep you in the loop constantly of what’s going on very courteous compassionate and dealing with you. They take the time to tell you what you’re gonna do what’s going on how it should go and what to expect and the biggest possible at least for me is that you can get a hold of someone when you need to. Following a stroke, I was diagnosed with AFIB and following several diagnostic testing, was told about the "Watchman" procedure and that I could stay on all of the blood thinners for the rest of my life, or consider the procedure and could be weened off of all blood thinners and lead a normal life. I chose the Watchman procedure almost a year ago and no longer on blood thinners and lead a normal life again. I feel so blessed and Dr. Heinzman was easy to talk with and answer my questions. The procedure was fairly easy as a patient, and I recovered fairly quickly. I would recommend this procedure for those with my problem 100%! Dr.Heinzman is great doctor!!!! He is caring, kind and compassionate. He takes his time to answer your questions, explains diagnoses and procedures in plain English. Very professional and friendly! My health has tremendously improved from his expertise in Electrophysiology.

In my virtual session, the doctor was courteous, listened to my concerns, and was very conscientious about my future care and needs.

Dr. Heinzman always treats me as a person, and as more than the condition he has treated me for. He has been encouraging, attentive to my questions, and realistic. He's exactly the doctor you want in an emergency.

Great staff. They answer any questions you may have. The Doctors are the best. This place is the only place to go for all your heart care needs.

They took all the time I needed in explaining my reports, even going back years to cover long term trends. They tested my understanding of the results several times to insure I got it.

Dr Heinzman and his staff are all very competent and professional. A little difficult to get ahold of sometimes but this is understandable since they are very busy. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the care I have received from this office.
