This was my first visit after tr... - This was my first visit after transferring to Dr. Kruger and I was thoroughly impressed! Dr. Kruger is down to earth, approachable, and a well versed clinician. She is empathetic in tone and language and actively listens. She was mindful of my anxiety and let me know what to expect at every step of my exam. She was sensitive when discussing mental health, and I was impressed by her knowledge of SSRI withdrawal effects, having had a bad experience of my own in the past, it was easy to feel heard and validated by her. A wonderful doctor with a gentle demeanor and holistic approach! Absolutely everything you hope for in healthcare professional!

My visit with this provider was ... - My visit with this provider was an introductory visit. This provider had a very warm and welcoming nd caring demeanor that made me feel very comfortable. She seemed knowledgeable and confdent and I liked that. I felt like she was present,not rushed given her very busy schedule. I would highly recommend this provider.

Excellent physician... - Excellent physician

I do not normally write 1-star reviews and especially about a person’s profession. In this case I feel the need to inform so here it is. In 2019 I began seeing Kristine Kruger as my primary care provider. I did the normal intake, explained all my symptoms, pain, excessive weight gain, fatigue and so much more. I was told diet and exercise. I left feeling unheard. Over the next two years that followed I would go to her expressing my symptoms and the alarming rate they were escalating. I began to feel more ill, couldn’t breath, couldn’t eat and could barely function. I again was told diet and exercise was the answer. Around January of 2021 I finally broke down and asked for a referral to an endocrinologist and an OBGYN. I was immediately questioned why I would need to seek such care. The conversation became very tense, I had to advocate for my own healthcare against my primary care provider. I stopped going to her office because I would be invalidated with statements such as “ hmmm, it doesn’t seem like this should be affecting you…” or “ your presumed (insert symptom, ailment or feeling) … shouldn’t be affecting you.” Turns out I had papillary thyroid carcinoma with a strong family history to back it up. I did get my entire thyroid removed after the specialists, I fought so hard for a referral for, recognized the VISIBLY life threatening issues in ONE visit. I am on the mend and have many more trials ahead. Moral of this whole ordeal is remember to advocate for your own care and listen to your body. Get a second opinion and don’t ever let a misinformed individual become an obstacle in your healing. Diet and exercise doesn’t cure cancer.

KRISTINE KRUGER IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR! I ran out of medication I urgently needed, so, I contacted my regular doctor and got the prescription, but the pharmacy gave me the wrong medication. I didn't notice until I checked the label as I was getting ready for bed. I very urgently needed that medication. Thankfully, I remembered that my regular doctor gave me the clinic's "24-hour medical" hotline. I called it, and an operator told me that I would get a call back from a doctor. I was initially relieved when DR. KRISTINE KRUGER called me back. However, when I explained my issue, she said "You're calling me about medication?" – "That's NOT Okay!" – "You woke me up for this?!" – "That's not an emergency!" – "It's not fair to me as a human being that you woke me up!"... (Keep in mind, it IS an emergency for me, & I called a "24-hour medical hotline" and she was the Doctor on-call!) Kristine Kruger is rude, unprofessional, and she mocked me when I asked her for help. My regular doctor is WAY better. Avoid Kristine Kruger at all costs! There are so many good doctors out there. No need to deal with someone like Kristine. You deserve better.
