Wow!!!! Amazing office. I wish they could take care of all my medical needs and not just my allergies. They make you feel so comfortable and the way that they handle children is top notch.

The doctor is nice but very poor service. The scheduling nurse is very rude. I only wish there were more allergy doctors in this area.

Dr. Kwak and her team are excellent. Everyone is really nice and patient. She took great care of my son!

My family is being treated here since last few years. Very friendly front office and clinical staff. My 12 year old son instead of being scared, enjoys his visit to them. We been blessed to have them in our area.

Dr. Kwak is the best in the area! The ladies in the allergy shot room are always so nice! The receptionist upfront is by far the nicest receptionists at any of the office I go to! The wait time for shots has increased and they definitely need more staff to help them out. I know things have changed because of COVID-19 but, they have adapted well. I look forward to seeing them every month!

Dr. Kwak and her staff are amazing! The nurses took time to explain everything to me! I couldn’t have asked for a better allergist! I have never been to an office that took such great care of me when I came in. Everything was clean and neat. All staff I came in contact with had on mask and were taking proper precautions. I definitely was pleased with my visit!

LOVE Dr.Kwaks staff. One of the happiest most polite offices. I can’t say enough about Dr.Kwaks knowledge yet personable and relatable personality. The best Dr I have ever seen! Wish I could go to her for anything! I felt so safe with all the COVID precautions they are taking. They are going above and beyond!

It took a while to get for my initial appointment but she was WELL worth the wait! Dr. Kwak may be fine, but because her office staff don’t wear masks, you risk your health every time you walk in the door. Why a physician allows this behavior during this time of pandemic is unfathomable. It certainly makes me question her medical judgement.

I can't say enough good about Dr Kwak! I absolutely love her! I had so many issues when I started seeing her. She just kept working and working. She never hesitated to give a referral when necessary. She has literally given my life back to me. It took awhile as I had numerous issues, not just allergy related, but eventually I am now able to live my life again. She takes her time and is so kind and personable. I highly recommend her!

She takes excellent care of my son

I've been seeing Dr. Kwak for my own and my children's food allergies for several years. She is always knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and concerns.

Dr Kwak helped me with my kids... which all 3 of them have asthma. Can be overbearing during the winter months. She also helped me with my sinus/allergy issues. I couldn't breathe out of my nose for 2 weeks. Her diagnosis and fix were spot on.

Honestly it is hard for me to say enough about Dr. Kwak. I went to her with multiple issues. She never hesitated to refer me to other specialists when the need arose. She continued to work with me. It’s a very scary situation when your 14 month old has food allergies. The ladies up front are super nice. Dr Kwak and her nurse gave me so much information. They knew I was new to all of this. My baby loves both of them and they were so sweet to him! Dr Kwak explained so much to me. Her nurse is great! She was so gentle with him and she was very thorough. She also showed me how to use an epi pen as well. I hate the outcome of the testing but I’m thankful for them!

Dr. Kwak was helpful not only with my allergies but a few other health concerns I had when I was in her office. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty in speaking with someone or getting an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Coming from a highly populated area with MANY allergists to meet with and speak to it is strange to be in an area with so few.

I would not recommend Dr. Kwak, I saw her in 2015 and tested positive for 23 allergies and she never recommended allergy shots. The Dr. recommended that I take Claritin, Allegra or Zyrtec. I told her that I have taken all 3 of these in the past and nothing worked. She told me to keep taking one of them eventually it will work. My allergies have not improved since 2015.

I've been going to Dr. Kwak for probably about 10 years now. I started with allergy shots and have been sing her ever since I developed some other weird food allergies. She is very personable and kind. She's been very helpful and has tried all kinds of remedies for me. She definitely listens when I talk. On the down side, there is usually a wait, but I find that to be a trade off versus visiting an office like Carillon where they don't really listen to you or spend time trying.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kwak for allergy related issues. My three children have been seeing Dr. Kwak for the last couple of years for food related allergies. Food allergies are so tricky and scary and Dr. Kwak was very thorough in going over each allergy for each of my children. She is very kind and compassionate, listens to everything I have to say, and doesn't make me feel rushed at all when we are in there. We love her and her nurses!!

Visited the Wytheville, VA office. The phone number there does not forward to Dr.Kwaks office in Christiansburg and no one answers the Wytheville phone except on the day the Dr. is in Wytheville. The Christiansburg number is not on the appointment card, just the Wytheville number. This is extremely frustrating, especially for elderly patients. Why would the Wytheville number not be forwarded to the Christiansburg office ?
