Dr. Scott is a gem! Warm, compassionate, thoughtful and very willing to listen to and work with her patients. The nursing and front desk staff is also top notch!

Dr. Scott has put me on the path to resolving a couple of health issues that another doctor might have missed. I told her my symptoms, and she chatted with me about what she thought might be causing the issues, then referred me to competent specialists who were able to resolve them. I appreciate that I always feel she is listening to what I am saying and takes my health seriously. She has also worked with me on specifics of what I can do to maintain good health. I recommend her highly.

She comes by the patient’s side to discuss every aspect of their health care, and that is important to me. She explains the pros and cons and values the patient input. Dr Scott is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had. She takes the time to ask questions and shows that she truly cares about her patient. She is not rushed and she is kind and professional.

So my daughter has been ill off and on since she returned from China some 2 years ago. This Dr has run her thru a number of test all come back negative, but she is still ill. Research on our part would suggest the possibility of Parasites based on overall symptoms possibly even something from a tick bite or other bug. Makes sense since she was in China for 3 weeks and traveled between multi cities and was out in non city type area and she was in Japan. She called today to get a referral to go to a specialist and Scott refused to give her the referral. Said all her test are negative. This is beyond absurd and goes against everything I thought a doctor stood for. Meanwhile our daughter now has no where to turn. Dr Scott you are not a doctor that up holds the oath to do no harm to your patients. Remember that oath you took ?????????? My three kids and I all use Dr Scott. She and her team have been very professional and caring. One of the things I like the most is we have never felt rushed at any appointments. When Dr Scott is with us we have her full attention for whatever we need. Her team has been very responsive with electronic messages and in giving test results. She was my doctor when I lived in Chicago. Awesome, fantastic, nice, caring, patient... Probably the best doctor I have ever had. If you are a male (or anyone) looking for female primary care doctor, she is the best. I wish she would move to Texas!

My friend had to be seen by this provider last minute because her provider was unavailable. Upon arrival she was rudely asked by Kristin’s MA if she had “at least tried over the counter meds first before coming in.” The attitude presented was that was my friend was an inconvenience and was too ignorant to try to help herself. This same attitude was portrayed as Dr Scott told my friend that she simply had a cold and possibly the flu because “it’s is going around you know.” The reason my friend chose to go to the doctor at all was because her lungs were burning so bad she felt she was having a hard time breathing and had already tried several days of several over the counter meds. Instead of jumping to go to the ER she asked for a doctor appointment instead. This doctor is not patient sensitive at all and apparently feels her time could be better spent on patients more sick than my friend. If this doctor could be given less than a 1-star rating I would do so. The “practice” provided today is not worth the hundreds of dollars that will be billed. It’s a rare find to find a doctor who will take the time to listen. So thankful!

Doctor Scott did not show care or concern about my health issues. She was very rude, I have had the same doctor for 15 years and she is the reason why, just terrible.

Dr Scott is awesome! She took so much time with me to go over my issues and make recommendations! She is so friendly too. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kristin Scott was fabulous! She is an excellent listener and was knowledgeable with my various health concerns. She created a plan to keep me on track with my weight loss goals and was very informative. So happy I found her!
