Dr. Kristin G Heuermann

My son was referred to Dr. Heuermann and we had a phone consult only. I was hoping for a second opinion after having a negative experience with another provider at her clinic. Instead of being open to our lived experience and my son's current needs she spent a lot of energy defending her clinic and doctors. We were hoping for a medication consult for our 13 year old son who was struggling with anxiety and ADHD significantly impacting all areas of his life. I found her to be discouraging about what she could offer given I described him as resistant to treatment. It would have been more helpful if she asked questions to get more information, offered services within her scope that could have been helpful and referral ideas for those things beyond her expertise. Oh and being kind would have gone a long way as well.

Dr. Heuermann has always been great. She’s very personable and able to connect with my kids and can get to the root of the issue quickly. Thank you!!

She is great with kids, there is never a long waiting time, and she always listens to the kids point of views and the parents! She is such a great doctor!

Dr. Heuermann has always been helpful for all diagnosis for all 3 of my kids. She is strait forward and listens to what my kids & I have to say. I have never received a false diagnosis and she has always returned my call on the few occasions I’ve called.

If you call her clinic with a medical question, both she and the clinic/nurses will bounce you back and forth and will not return your call with advice on next steps....for DAYS even when you call about 3 times a day for an update.

Dr. Heuermann doesn't contact her patients back when you call her and/or the office with a medical question....whether you should go in the office or not to be seen. Her staff does not return the call either so basically you're left in limbo.

First time visit here with my daughter. Dr. Hermann was awesome. My 15 year old had never really connected with her other doctor so it was great leaving the appointment and knowing we had found her new doctor. She was GREAT!!!

Kind, courteous, prompt, and very helpful over the course of many visits for our children. We are very grateful for Dr. Heuermann.

We have three kids, the oldest being 19. Over the years we've taken our kids to a number of different pediatricians (mostly due to our frequent moves to new places). Dr. Heuermann is hands down the kindest, most thorough, and most professional doctors I've ever met. She doesn't talk down to the patients or the parents and is a great advocate for getting the proper treatment. She makes follow up calls to see how her patients are doing and will go to bat for you if the insurance company is being stupid. She makes sure her patients get what they need, when they need it.If I could make it happen, she'd be my primary doctor too.

Dr. Heuermann has been such a huge help to our family. She is so good with kids. She makes you and your children feel so comfortable. She has been a vital part of helping find out what was wrong with my oldest child. She is good about refering us to other spealist when it is needed. I would and have recomeded her to anyone with children.
