I showed up right on time to my appointment today, but when I got there, with all but 2 papers filled out, the receptionist RUDELY told me that they wouldn't be able to see me today because I was supposed to be there a half hour earlier so she had time to put my info in the system, and that Dr. Earley "is a stickler about this". She then called back to the nurse, and the nurse said that I could still be seen. I went and sat down and a few minutes later, she told me that Dr. Earley marked me as a no show and I had to reschedule. At that point, it was 10 minutes after my appointment time and I WAS THERE!! Why did the nurse say I could be seen just for the doc to turn around and mark me as a no show? There was only 1 other person in the waiting room. They could've easily still brought me back and I would've told the doctor anything that I had concerns about, with paperwork filled out or not. I have seen this doctor before, but it was a few years ago and I had to re-establish care. I wasn't totally brand new and they showed no grace or compassion. If they wanted me there a half hour earlier, they should've made my appointment time a half hour earlier. I did go ahead and reschedule for another date, and when I repeated it to confirm, the receptionist said, in a snarky tone, "but I'd say about 15 til" Never in my life have I been treated so rudely at the doctor's office. I will be canceling that rescheduled appointment and finding another primary care provider who treats people with dignity and understanding. I had an appointment scheduled for May 26th for my daughter and I. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm and my daughters appointment was scheduled for 3:15. I was running between five minutes to ten minutes late and called the office number to see if that was going to be okay. I was told I had a fifteen minute grace period. I arrived at 3:06 and the front desk said, let me check to see if Dr. Kristin Earley is going to see you and your daughter. Dr. Earley said no that we both had to reschedule. I said, I called and was told I had a fifteen minute grace period. Receptionist says that was our call center. First, that is not my problem that you and your call center are not on the same page about policy. Secondly, at 3:06 my daughter was not late. My daughter was feeling ill and really needed to see her. This was our second visit to this doctor and our last. She not only lost me as a patient, she lost my daughter, two sons, and husband. Love Dr. Earley. She is very personable and caring. She listens to my health concerns and responds appropriately. She takes her time and is dedicated to her patients. The office always follows up and checks in with how I am feeling. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. As a former Roper employee I cannot believe the lack of customer service, solution minded people, and compassion. I called the office this morning to verify which location my appointment was at. I was told the wrong location. After showing up at the wrong office I was given the correct location, upon arriving there 15minutes before my appointment I was told I was too late, my appointment was canceled, and I did not have the option to even try and fill out my paperwork. DESHAUN DENSON was one of the rudest and unhelpful employees I have ever encountered. I did meet with practice manager APRIL SHULER who acknowledged she pulled my call from the call center, verified I was given incorrect information, and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do...I left the office at 9:58 still 2 minutes before my originally scheduled appointment I would give zero stars if that was an option. Very nice and responsible Doctor with a lot of empathy

Dr Earley’s professional care is outstanding. I am very impressed with her advice and solutions in treating high cholesterol, arthritis and other ongoing issues as I age. It’s always a non stressful and productive visit. Feeling comfortable and establishing trust are equally important in my health care. Dr Earley and her nurse, Allie do both. Dr Earley’s staff called me 3 times during a recent 10 day illness. The follow up during my recovery was a measure above and beyond. Thank you ! Dr Earley’s professional care is outstanding. Kristin is not a nice person, she doesn't care what the circumstances are if you arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment but not the 30 minutes requested she will not see you. What kind of doctor doesn't care about patients, I'm not sure why she even became a doctor. She shows no compassion, I expect better from Roper Healthcare! Dr. Early is awesome, very knowledgeable and so compassionate.

Very personable. Did not rush. Moved to the area two years ago and was lucky to pick her.

I really liked Dr. Earley, and felt like she took the time to get to know me, and listened to me. It's sad to see negative reviews, because that was certainly not my experience with her.

Dr. Earley is a wonderful doctor. She take very good care of my father. We love her and her entire staff.

Dr. Kristen Earley is thorough and totally personable. She doesn’t hurry through an exam and always has time for questions or just a chat. I am so happy to have found her!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Earley for our healthcare needs. She is kind, professional, and as a D.O, really looks at the entire picture instead of trying to treat the symptom. I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Dr. Earley takes the time to discuss symptoms, concerns, and treatment options if needed. I've never felt rushed and appreciate her caring bedside manner. Great doctor!

Dr. Early is an OUTSTANDING physician who takes time to listen to her patients! She is incredibly wise and perceptive. This ICU nurse will choose her as a caregiver as long as possible!

First of all, I never have to wait very long. Her nurse took my information and was very caring. Kristen is always cheerful and informative. She is a good listener. I feel like our relationship is personal and she checks me out to be sure everything is OK. I am thankful to have her as my primary doctor.
