She amazing!

One star is too much. Do not use Ms. Cheesman (“KC”) as a CFI under any circumstance. Your children are far too important. In my experience she cuts off relationships between parents, siblings, and grandparents. Even for mothers, do not use her, as she is impeachable and will destroy your family too. I am an attorney and she was appointed in my son’s case. She lacks integrity, competence, objectiveness, and utterly fails to adhere to adhere to the CFI standards or endeavor to use best practices whatsoever. There are many other well qualified options out there. I filed a well-founded grievance with SCAO. In the Judicial Opinion found she violated multiple CFI standards. Our experience was a disaster. I will assist help opposing counsel (attorneys only) to impeach her or her report. IMO, she is purposely incompetent and plays extremely fast and loose with the rules. For those victimized, file grievances with both SCAO and DORA.

Please do not use this women for a CFI. She is biased and completely one sided, she showed favoritism. She was untimely, she made significant errors, was accusatory and lied many times to my lawyer. She is a liability to this field and should not be trusted to make judgement calls on who or how much time children spend with their parents/guardians. Please avoid her services. There are great CFI's out there please do your thorough research when choosing.

I would never recommend her. The case she built was biased and one sided and favored to opposite sex. None of her witnesses were included and the report was garbage. This woman cost me my custody case and I paid her $1400. Avoid her at all costs.
