I received the Hydrotherapy treatment, and they did a great job. They explained everything as they did it, and made sure it was enjoyable. I would like to point out several issues though. 1. The prices was a bit higher than was “Skin Secrets” was charging for the exact same therapy (One was under $100.00, while the other cost $150.00). I was super excited to try the service so I was willing to pay, but others may not want to pay that much. 2. I purchased the Obagi Nu Derm system for $453.00!!! I looked online, and the VERY SAME EXACT KIT is found on their site for about $250.00!! They also did NOT give me instructions on how to use the system, nor did they provide the retinae cream advertised with the system (no expiation given as to why). Bottom line: friendly women, but disappointed in the price gouge and lack of information on the obagi system. I received the Hydrotherapy treatment, and they did a great job. I always have a great experience when I visit Great Expectations! If you haven’t ever been there stop by and see their friendly staff!

Krista always takes the time to explain all options. Has a great selection of products and prices are great too. Stall is always friendly and helpful. I love her events and promotions.

I love going to see dr. Gordon at Great Expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Dr. Gordon takes the time to sit and talk with you, she explains every detail thoroughly. I love the results I get every single time. I highly recommend Great Expectations medispa.

Absolutely wonderful environment with the most informative and friendliest staff! Had booked eyelash extensions for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and they definitely exceeded both our expectations. It was an extremely clean and peaceful environment. Will definitely be going back soon! Lashes looked phenomenal!

A young doctor who is knowledgeable, skilled, caring, and friendly. She answered your questions and explains treatments, options and procedures.
