The office staff were great. Very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Sunkereddi a few years ago, and thought if come back because I really liked him. I couldn't get in with him and I mistakingly accepted an appointment with Taz. He was rude, wouldn't even look at me, and treated me as if I was just there to get drugs. I highly recommend Dr. Sunkereddi, but don't waste your time seeing Taz. Took my son for anxiety. The male doctor is awful. Hardly speaks, my son tried speaking to him, he barely acknowledged him, asked a series of questions and gave him a prescription. Had a follow up appt to see how he was doing, and being 5 minutes late because of traffic they wouldn’t see him! So now my son has no choice but to abruptly stop taking his meds, which is something he told us wasn’t good! I’m livid!! The front staff is sweet, but the girl I talked to on the phone was rude, and the “doctor” has no bedside manner, and doesn’t seem to care about his patients. Taz, the physician assistant yelled at me in 1 minute after I sat down, and then told me if I didn't like it I could leave and said there's the door as he pointed to the door. This establishment from the receptionist to the doctor are rude and very unprofessional. The receptionist is racists. As two caucasian people walked in after me the receptionist took their paperwork ahead of mine and my son's appointment was before theirs. Also Taz Thomas has made numerous mistakes on my son's prescriptions and refuses to take responsibility for it. My son is Autistic and does not speak so its very important that his medication is done correctly. Don't see Taz, he just wants to leave. I usually see the fantastic Dr.Lee but I got scheduled with Taz, my meeting lasted less then a minute.

Appointment times are spot on. Id be surprised if I ever had to wait more than 5 minutes.

I've been coming here for about 7 years. The front office staff is always friendly and polite. I've barely had to wait to be seen. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. The office is clean, organized, and well maintained. There is plenty of space between staff and other clients in all areas of the office (especially since covid). They were very accommodating during the shutdown so that I did not have any lapse in treatment. Dr. Lee Campbell has a bright, warm energy. She's professional, reliable, takes the time to listen closely, and really gets to know you. I feel very well taken care of here, and am so appreciative for their services. The smaller blonde lady who works here as a psychiatrist assistant needs an adjustment to her psychiatric medication. She started yelling at me/screaming and having some sort of a psychotic episode during my first(and last) ever consultation/appointment here. It’s the most unprofessional atmosphere I’ve ever been in. She had an extremely argumentative personality and may most likely be prejudice. Life ruining experience seeing Taz who I was forced to see by my abusive ex. They both spoke over me and would only communicate with each other, which meant I was left out of my own appointments most of the time. I was put on meds that made me unable to see clearly and various medications with side effects that never went away. When I was able to see him by myself, it was clear he lacks empathy and will most of the time only half listen. Will ask you questions you already answered the sentence before as he stares at his laptop not really paying attention as you discuss emotionally traumatic issues such as death and abuse. Dr. Sunkureddi is a great compassionate doctor. Some of the front office employees need additional customer service training. If they actually answer the phone they are very rude and unhelpful like your bothering them. Staff seemed very spiteful and worked harder to not be helpful rather than do what job duty requires. Dr Sunkreddi is great and I’ve been going here for years. The office staff they have now is horrible and no customer service at all. Heather was rude and very unapologetic. I went to dr Sunkreddi a year ago and had a bad experience then as well, but figured I would give them another try since I’ve gone here for years. Last year when I went there was two Victoria’s in the waiting room and it took me to start talking to dr Sunkreddi for him to figure out they had called the wrong patient in the room. He saw me anyways I paid my balance in full at time of my appt. then I got a bill in the mail that I hadn’t paid and It said I owed $175 because they decided after the fact to charge me as a new patient Which is $300 not $125. I made an appt two weeks ago and the lady I talked to then was very nice helped me come up with a payment plan for the charges I shouldn’t have to pay for in the first place and told me my appt would be $125 then a payment at appt. I live a hour away and the office called me as I’m walking out the door to tell me they made a mistake and not only could I not see sunkreddi but I had to pay $300 today cause they have “No record “ of me being there last year probably cause they filed wrong since they called me under another woman’s name. I took my son to see Dr. Sunkureddi about 12 years ago, he was seen for several years, we had such a great experience, Dr. Sunkureddi is a gem. Fast forward to 2021.... We got pushed into seeing Taz the PA, we went for the first appointment and it seemed pretty standard although I was annoyed because he never read the records we were told had to be sent before he was seen. We go through the visit and issues, get a prescription and told to come back in two weeks, we go back for the follow up, wait a hour to be seen and have a 5 minute visit with Taz, he upped the medication and told us to return in 1 month., okay. We get a call from the incompetent staff and told you can bring the rest of the original prescription back and we will call in the new prescription or you can finish that dosage and we will call in the new dosage on 3/8, so we chose that option. (these meds are not cheap) The 8th came and went with no medications called in. So I called , LVM, sent and email, no response, next day called again, sent email, no response. Next day LVM again and finally got a call back late afternoon from the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She over spoke me, just kept saying he needs an appointment, I tried to explain the situation, she did not want to listen or help me and then hung up on me. So here it is Monday, I call again, shockingly someone actually answers the phone, and this poor girl really tried to help, but she had to deliver the message that my son has been discharged from the practice for not returning the original prescription. Umm, WHAT?!?! Are you serious your office gave me these instructions, we followed them and my special needs son is being fired because this office thinks my child is a drug abuser, yep, okay, sure. Ive actually had mostly good experiences with the providers here. I love Dr Sunkureddi. I've seen Taz a few times- he's been great. But ever since Matt left, the office staff here have been unimpressive. I called 9 times to schedule an appt bc their system was down at my last appt, and every time, my call was forwarded to a voicemail. I've never experienced provider staff that just didn't answer the phone. I work on an ambulance, so playing phone tag is inconvenient. My job is go go go and people depend on me. I never know what I'll be doing or when I'll be free. They called back while I was treating an intubated drug overdose. Obviously, I couldn't talk and told them I'd call back. The staff acted like they didn't believe me, and it took calling back another 4 times before I finally got someone to return my call. The next available appt they had was 9am Monday. I told them I was scheduled to work, and asked if they did televisits. They said no. Fast forward to Monday- I took off work for this appt, only to be offered a televisit at my next appt in 3 months ????. When I asked why they told me differently before, they said it might be cheaper for me to come in. So essentially, I was forced to call off and lose out on $200, all bc staff assumed the role of making the financial choice that it was a better for me to miss work over a $0 copay than to pay $25 for a televisit. This practice is horrible. They consistently screwed up appointments and then blamed us. Changed appointments on us and wouldn't give medicine to offset wait times. Then proceeded to kick us out of their practice for their mess ups when questioned about their decisions.

I have been taking my son to this dr for years now. Yes we have had some mishaps but what office doesn’t. Every time I go we are in an out quick love love Dr Lee she is great !!

Dr Sunkureddi is a wonderful Doctor & his staff has always been pleasant & very professional to me.

I have been seeing Lee the PA since the beginning of 2017, and I can honestly say I have never had a provider who cares about her patients as much as she does. She sits with you and gets to know you, and is open to different treatment options. I'll never go to another psychiatrist office, ever.

Constant issues with this office. Constant issues with refills. Constant issues with appointment scheduling. Showed up today and waited for an hour to find out I wasn’t even put on the schedule. Too much hassle. Moving on.

God awful place....very low level functioning people that were violent and throwing things,front desk lady has the warmth of a unseasoned walmart greeter.....stare and giggle front desk people that made sarcastic comments about missing me when I missed my appointment. Love the staff and the doctors. This is a very busy office. This not returning calls thing is not true. You have to leave a voicemail to get a call back, they aren’t psychic. The voicemail messages also state they will get to you within 24 hours. This is a specialist doctors office, don’t expect a new patient appointment same day or same week. I work in a hospital, I have met unpleasant doctors/staff. Don’t understand why some of these reviews call the doctors and staff uncaring. Love the staff and the doctors. This is a very busy office. This office has done nothing to help my neice who recently made an outcry of abuse. They won't even make n appointment to see her instead say well we can see her 2 months from now. Disgusted

My husband came to this office 5 years ago. The experience resulted in a negative outcome. In honor of my deceased husband, I plead to all patients not to let PA's treat serious psychiatric problems. I have much respect for PAs, but only a board-certified physician should be treating psychiatric patients, especially on an initial assessment. Many PAs working in psychiatry offices have experience in other specialties unrelated to psychiatry and were never formally trained in psychiatry. With the increase in mental illness in this day and time, many psychiatrists are hiring PAs to increase revenue and volume, without regard for patient safety. My mother went to see this Dr and paid $300 for the visit. The PA was so RUDE. He raised his voice at my mother and was extremely disrespectful. He sat at his fancy desk with his jewlery and flashy pictures and spoke to her without any consideration for her feelings. She suffers from depression and is in thr throws of a major downward spiral and here you are as a PA putting her downand speaking to her like trash. Dr. Sunkureddi himself is a great doctor. He treats his patients well. However, due to his front desk staff and PA's I would suggest that if you can find another doctor's office, to do so. Not helpful at all and not veteran friendly. Had to cancel my appt doing to a scheduling conflict and the lady told me they were hesitant to reschedule me. I explained to her that I was a full time student and I did not know my school schedule when I made my appointment. Booking is a month out at least.

The staff is very caring and listen to your psychiatric issues and needs. They deal with all types of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Overall I had a great experience with their staff. I will say that if you are in a hurry then this place might not be for you. Dr. Sunkureddi may be a great doctor. I wouldn't know, because my daughter always ended up with a PA instead. PA's don't want to be questioned about their decisions, and don't care about explaining why they made the decisions they did. Even when my daughter's symptoms were more serious than they could handle, they stopped trying to help her and told us to put her in a hospital instead. Don't express any disapproval in how they handle things either, or they will drop you as a patient fast.

I have been going to this office for almost three years and if my insurance woulf allow me to see another dr, I would. The nurses amd front office staff are rude, unprofessional, and do NOT know how to run a physician office. I have been seen by at least four different drs over the years.....no one stays on staff long enough to develop relationships. I have yet to see dr. Sunkureddi himself, despite some of my appts having been set with him. The wait is ALWAYS AT LEAST 1+ HOURS before being seen

Don't know what these other people are talking about. I've been a long time patient of Sunkureddi. Yes his appointments are hard to come by but thats why they set appointments after your visit. This is a fantastic practice. The doctors are nice and staff is also nice. The drug testing I mean some parents do take their children's medication. Its to save his butt if something happens. I would highly recommend him and all of his docs to my family and friends. These negative comments are inaccurate

I would do my research when it comes to mental health care - I would not trust this practice or the doctor with my well being or that of a family member. Highly recommend to stay away.

At the end of our appointment, after it was paid for and decisions about medication were made, the doctor insisted that my 12 yr. old provide a urine sample for a drug test. He would not give me the prescription (non-stimulant, non controlled medication), until she did.

Dr. Sunk reddit is good, but his staff is awful, rude and unprofessional. You can never get an appointment instead they suggest going to the pines and when you get them on the phone, they continually cut you off and don't even take the time to check the appointment book instead automatically say, No, we don't have any appointments available no matter what the day is, and this is for an established patient of 5+ years!
