Dr. Sideridis is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I have ever met. He takes his time to answer all your questions and put you at ease knowing that you will get better.

After being ignored for years by my last Gastroenterologist, Having Dr. Sideridis along with his PA, Haley, has been a breath of fresh air. They listen and they care! Slowly but surely we are figuring out how to navigate my GI issues, but I feel like I am in the best hands possible. All the office staff, Especially Isabella, are always so kind and helpful whenever you call the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Sideridis and his team to anyone who asks!

I made an appointment for my daughter when she would be home from college. The staff needs to go for training on how to greet new patients & handling of all the information, but more importantly, their attitude. Very bad. The front desk was so rude an stated that I was not seeing the doctor but the NP. She said, I knew this when I made the appointment. WRONG. They were likely miffed because paying cash they cannot apply their credit card fee to my account. They also want you to leave your credit card information on file. I have so many credit cards compromised since the beginning of this year. I paid the copay in cash for her. They said, it was not a choice. I could go to another Gastro if i wasn't comfortable with leaving our credit card on file. They were so rude and argumentative with us. They were telling, not asking & to boot with an unprofessional attitude. I cannot say anything about the doctor other than the way HE is running his office. He cannot be blind to the rules in HIS office. There are so many other great Gastro's which I actually use one in Great Neck. Unfortunately, he didn't have an opening for about 6 weeks out. No wonder this doctor was able to make an appointment so quickly. I have also read other people saw the NP thinking they were seeing the doctor. His practice is not as busy as mine. Great Neck is so worth the trip especially when you have other health issues as well. I won't mention my Gastro's name because that would not be nice of me to do so. I rather take the high road unlike this CREW running HIS office. This was our experience and we would not recommend this doctor.

Never even got to the office. I was told upfront either a credit card or debit card would be kept on file . Then I was told only the PA will see you for the appointment and discuss it with the Dr. what???? Why wouldn’t a Dr want to meet a new patient?? I want to meet him before any procedure is done! I’ve been in the medical field a very long time and I never heard of anything this ridiculous. Not seeing him!!

Dr. Sideridis came highly recommended to me. He is a straight shooter, well informed and gets to the bottom of your issue quickly. He seems to really care. I will never go to any other gastro. I cannot recommend him enough!!!!

Everybody at the office was fabulous and the doctor is absolutely amazing !!! The doctor spent a great deal of. time with us and is now finally treating my daughter For Gastroparesis when no one else could help her.

Initial visit MD it’s a great talker saying he’s gonna take care of you. Totally different experience during procedures. Rushes and like a factory. Staff never followed up With further procedures I needed to have performed. Lied about putting in for authorization. Found out from my insurance company that they never did after waiting a few weeks. Horrible, upsetting experience. Kim in the office who does authorizations had me in tears on the phone. It’s been three days that I’ve been waiting for doctor to call me back and he has not to date. I called every day and asked for him to call me today how I was treated and regarding my constant abdominal pain.

Felt like it was a factory when getting my procedures done. Felt rushed and didn’t get answers. Sam who was supposed to get authorization for a CT scan never followed through for three weeks and I was lied to being told it was pending. Finally got through to my insurance company who said they had never contacted them. It’s three days now that I asked for the doctor to call me back regarding the aforementioned. He has not called. Disgusted, upset and still experiencing abdominal pain.

Dr. Sideridis was an absolute pleasure to meet with. My son and I went to see him after years of using someone else and not feeling confident with this other doctors decisions. Great Doctor with a wealth of knowledge. Great bedside manners. Truly cares about his patients. Listens to his patients advice.

My first consult went great. Dr S was a likable as it gets. He was confident and thorough. Very rare these days. Looking forward to my Colonoscopy.... hahaha....that sounds so funny!

The entire experience was great, very friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Dr Sideridis was very easy to talk to. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions.

Came highly recommended to Dr Sideridis. I was not disappointed. Staff was courteous and efficient. Matthew who works w/ the doctor and took my vitals was just great. Loved Dr Sideridis. I think he’s going to be a wonderful replacement for my last gastroenterologist who retired and who I just loved.

Explained everything and laid out a game plan for my health. It was my first visit and came away very impressed. Warm and friendly, to the point and made me feel comfortable. It was a good decision to trust my health to Dr Sideridis as was recommended to me by others.

Office was clean and professional and all appointments were on time for Doctor Sideridis. As for Doctor Sideridis he was everything i could ask for in a doctor. He was very knowledgeable and performed a thorough exam for my prior situation. He then performed surgery on the spot and surgery was 100% successful and exactly as he described.

This doctor was so aloof and dismissive and missed the diagnosis! His office was extremely rude. He took forever to provide results and lacked compassion, knowledge and bedside manner. Would not recommend!

Dr. Sideridis takes the time to listen to all of your concerns, He throughly diagnoses the situation and formulates the best course of action.
