Very professional. I sent an email with questions and they got back to me right away. Thank you.
This was my second go around with braces, so not my only experience with Orthodontic treatment. I had the WORST treatment experience! Dr. Igel was very unprofessional in the way he conducted himself with me regarding patient interactions, patient education and overall customer service. Often times I felt very uncomfortable during my treatment sessions. He spent very little time with me and was dismissive and unprofessional when I inquired about rationale or education regarding my treatment plan.
Dr. Igel & his staff are superb! I work in healthcare & have come across many practitioners. Dr. Igel has a great bedside manner, explains things well & in a way you can understand, and really care about his patients. The evening after my daughter got her braces placed for the first time, Dr. Igel called to make sure she was adjusting well. Almost no physician does that anymore! And his assistants, receptionists, & office staff are friendly & helpful. I know why he's voted "The Best in Omaha"!
He's simply the best for orthodontic care!
