I have been coming here for many years and have been more than happy with Dr Guter and his surgical assistants. However, the office does not seem to be a organized as they were pre-covid. I do consider this a sign of the times

I want to thank Dr G because I have had bad experiences in the past and he took very good care of me. I had a complicated case with diabetes and Dr G was fantastic. Had to have a second surgery because of a communication and he brought me back in and I am now healing. He cares and is very attentive and calmed me down and took very good care of me. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Guter and his staff. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him and explained everything about the process so thoroughly to me. He answered any and all questions and was just amazing. I ended up calling him after hours due to being in extreme pain and he offered to see me first thing the next morning, any time at all just so I could make it to work on time. He literally said he would have him and his staff go in at 6am if I needed that..I didn’t, but still, he offered. He was sympathetic and had me in and out the next morning feeling so much better and knowing I was in great hands by seeing him again. I can honestly say I have never encountered someone with such great bedside manner and I will be sure to recommend him whenever possible.

I was searching for a second opinion based off a questionable X-ray from my family dentist that was taken of my daughter’s jaw. Extraction

I had to get a tooth extracted and it was pretty much painless. Everyone was extremely nice and explained what was going to take place. I would definitely recommend Dr. Guter and will definitely go back the next time I need their services.

Dr. Gator and his team are amazing! Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and treated me with such care. Dr. Gator goes above and beyond, he even called to check on me personally to see how I was doing post op!

Everything went well but when I came and waiting to be checked in I was respecting the 6’ rule and receptionist never called me just looked at me and as soon as someone came in helped her right away so I have to wait longer to check in. And Dr. Guter and his assistant was AWESOME ????????

Came in and was immediately greeted and made comfortable. Which I loved. He and his staff knew I was nervous outta my wits and they took their time with me and put my mind at ease. Once they got me in the chair and put me to sleep it was all over and I was on my way home. They best part was later on that nigh Dr Guter called me on his personal time to check on me and to see how I was doing and if I need anything. Which just showed me how much he actually cared.

Dr.Guter was great before and after my surgery. He explained the procedure in great detail and made me feel very comfortable.

The VA community care program directed me to OSI for the second time im the last few years. Due to Diabetes and a less than perfect dental care regimen, I had to have the remaining thirteen teeth extracted in preparation for dentures. I had the good luck to be assigned to Dr. Guter. He did the extractions in two steps. Due to getting anaesthesia, it was a painless process. Dr. Guter called the next day to make sure all was going well, which surprised me. The follow ups went well, and, the recovery is progressing nicely. I would recommend Dr. Guter with the highest confidence. And, the whole staff were outstanding! Each and every one made you feel like you mattered and were important. Thanks for the great care!

He was the absolute best!!! I have never been to an office with such organization, kindness, and care that I received the couple days I experienced there. They made a very painful experience a breeze for me. And they worked with me and got me in and out before traveling home for the Holidays. I am so grateful I was referred to them.

Dr Kuter is very sweet, however the financial department is the worst I have ever encountered. After making me pay for a procedure in advance and refusing to bill it to my insurance, I filed it myself and it was approved. When the financial department (specifically Erica) got the reimbursment check from my insurance, she called my insurance company to dispute it, and said that it would have to be reprocessed. She didn't call me, or communicate anything with me, and when I asked why, she said she "was done with me". Still waiting on my $845. Worst service ever. If you wanna go somewhere that doesn't care about you and is only interested in your money, this is the place for you. As for me, boy BYE. Dr Guter and staff are amazing. I called several Oral Surgeons that we’re closer to my house and they could not see me until July. I was in extreme pain and Dr. Guter took me in as a new patient on the same day I called. They called my insurance to let me know what I would be responsible for (no surprises) and while that took some time because the insurance company had them on hold. They came and checked on me every few minutes. They were all extremely compassionate and the next day Dr. Guter called me personally to check on me. Last week I had 4 wisdom teeth removed. I’m not a fan of surgery and it’s very easy to see. Dr. Guter not only has surgical skills exceeding what you’d expect for a man with 3 decades in the field. But the people skills to make you feel relaxed and to put my nerves at ease. I couldn’t be happier with choosing Dr Guter

Horrible. Their all about the money. In the middle of treatment the manager from hell changed my original cost estimate They suck you in with their free seminars then change things.who does that? Since heard others have had similar experiences. Dont waste your time or money going there.

Dr. Guter provides excellent patient interaction. He took his time to explain the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, he and his team were very friendly and professional at all times. I would highly recommend him.

After a terrible experience with my oral surgeon I called and was seen by Dr Guter. He review my case and calmed all of anxiety my previous oral surgeon had caused. I am currently healing and waiting for my implant. I will not be going anywhere else except to Dr. Guter. He is not only very experienced but he actually cares.

I'm a high anxiety patient. Freaking out as soon as I made it back to the opperation room but he was super patient with me and talked to me till I was comfortable to move on. He took great care of me 8 years ago as well so it was a no brainier I had to go see him for my second extration. Thanks again Doc!

Dr. Guter is fantastic. He's skilled, thorough, and kind. He immediately puts me at ease and does a terrific job of listening to me and answering my questions. He did a great job removing a suspicious piece of skin on my inner lip and 6 months later, I can't tell there were ever stitches. The office is run very professionally and proficiently, which is a rarity in the medical world. I've never had to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Guter and this practice!
