I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to work with Romani Orthodontics for my daughter. She had braces put on 2 years ago. Yesterday she had them taken off and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff at Romani is wonderful and courteous to my entire family that has brought her over the years. When I’ve had any issues they have addressed them immediately and resolved them. I have two daughters under the care of the Romani Orthodontic team and I absolutely love them all. From the receptionists to the assistants to Dr. Romani they are all so pleasant. They have fit my older daughter in for emergency fixes plenty of times and never complain or give me any trouble at all about it. They explain everything up front to you so there are no surprise charges and they will work with your financial situation.

I have to admit when I planned my visit I thought it would be a quick easy process. After being very thorough with me, it was brought to my attention Invisalign may not be my best option. They do have other options. Happy to know that Dr. Romani truly wants what best for the patient.

I enjoyed my visit. I was seen quickly and got all the attention I needed. Unfortunately at check out the mother of a kid was right by the sign that said you must wear a mask with no mask on...I pointed this out to the receptionist who seemed reluctant to say something. It’s scary to be out there risking infection. everyone should abide by the rules and reminded if they don’t. We all want to feel safe when coming to the office.

Dr. Romani and her team are a fine group of practitioners. I felt supported during the treatment that started back in the summer of July 2016 and was able to complete everything in 18 months. Their encouragement in helping my teeth become straighter was a thing of beauty (no pun intended). I think if anyone is looking to get great orthodontic work done to definitely check out Romani Orthodontics. I highly recommend reaching out to them get a consultation and learn about their services. They even have a good network of providers (surgeons and dentists) in the area that know them well. I love my smile and even if I have a question about my retainer or other concerns, they respond promptly. As an older patient, I felt comfortable and willing to come back to visit, even more than a year later. Don't be a stranger, say hi!!

Dr Romani is such a wonderful Dr and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. Her staff are so nice and answered all questions my daughter and I had. There was no wait and came for an observation to discuss when brooke would get her braces. Wall out with them on today. Brooke was proud to show off her new smile!

I trust Dr. Romani & her staff to take care of my daughter. She had a pretty bad overbite, but over the last year, they've been able to correct it & answer all my questions along the way, even including whether their material has gluten in it (my daughter is Celiac), without any judgement. I've even had to call for an emergency & they took us in right away. We have never had a wait longer than 10 minutes for visits, & EVERYONE on staff has been so friendly & amazing. I was also impressed with the initial consultation & the ease of setting up a payment plan to take care of everything. Great place overall.

The office and work area are clean and cheery. No one wants to think about needing orthodontic care for themselves or their family, but if you do, this is where you want to go.

It is always fantastic here and everyone is always so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. However, this was the first time it was not that way. I understand it was a long appointment - but the technician seemed very annoyed that Quinn needed help with the rubber bands which of course does not help - and then when I questioned whether the avasalign had to be worn 24 hours because I remembered Dr. Romani saying it was only for 12 hours, she was walking away from me while I was talking and just said no over me. I get this work is hard but a tiny bit more patience would be great. We miss Neeley!
