Everyone is always very nice.

Dr Ridley has been my Mom’s doctor for over 35 years. He is very caring and listens to all of our concerns. He implements the best treatments for her care and I know she is in good hands.

I love visiting this doctor's office .

We have been going to see Dr. Ridley for more years than i care to disclose since being assigned to this area. He is the most caring, patient and professional physician i have ever met. The practice is well staffed and their care of you as a person begins at check in with a smile and a sincere greeting. This is a family practice and so much more.

My family and I have seen him for years. He's by far the best, not just a doctor but we have a friend in him and his staff.

This was my annual wellness check which was thorough and completed expeditiously. The results from the lab tests were made available in 48 hours over the weekend which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. What's more important is Dr. Ridley had reviewed those results and prepared his analysis prior to the results being made available for my review. That is patient care above and beyond.

Dr Ridley always takes time to actually listen to his patients and their concerns. He's sincere and genuinely concerned about your well being

Dr. Ridley and his staff as well as all the staff at Southland Primary Care are always so friendly and caring and take time to listen to any concerns you have. We've been going there for 20 years, can't imagine going anywhere else.

The guy is phenomenal.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ridley for a few years now. He is one of the kindest doctors we have ever been to always so upbeat and positive. He is very easy to talk with about our health issues. His staff is wonderful as well so friendly and easy to talk with as well. And when you leave a message they are very prompt in getting back with you. If we could we would give them 10 stars because that is just how much we like Dr. Ridley and his staff. The office staff are professional and friendly, as well as the Medical Assistant. Dr. Ridley is compassionate and caring, and always takes time to answer questions and concerns.

Dr. Ridley greeted me cheerfully as he always does and ask the question a doctor normally does. However, he seemed to listen intently to hear what my answers were.

If you want a Doctor who really does treat you like a friend...this is your guy. Friendly knowledgeable staff are always so helpful.. I wish everyone had a Doctor like him! He is my mothers Doctor and I would not trust her health to anyone but him. As a daughter trying to care for an elderly parent you must know that he will always be there to answer questions, work thru different problems that arise and get answers when you need them. I actually look forward to our visits to his office.

DR. Ridley is Very Kind, Compassionate, and Willing to take the time needed to listen to me about my Current Physical Problems that I have. I have been His Patient for a long time, and would Have NO other Doctor. I know Everybody has to Retire at some point. I just hope that when DR. Ridley Retires, I will be Fortunate enough to find another Doctor that is like Him. His Shoes would be Very Hard to fill. I hope he is around for a while longer.

Dr Ridley is very professional and very friendly. He listened to my health issue And set up the tests for me.

Provided excellent medical advice for me the past 30+ years!

Dr. Ridley is very attentive and listens to all symptoms, asks appropriate questions, makes a diagnosis, counsels and prescribes appropriate medication. After his change in medication, I began feeling better within several days. He also has a nice sense of humor and makes patients feel comfortable.

Oh what a hoot this guy is! His whole staff is amazing, but the entire group of doctors at this location is always amazing!

I would highly recommend the physicians at Southland Primary Care. It was Dr. Ridley who discovered my symptoms were actually heart related and got me referred to a cardiologist that very same day. I am very appreciative of his compassion and medical knowledge. The staff are friendly and professional and put a person at ease.

DR Ridley is one of the most professional Doctors in the area. He takes the time to explain your condition and what medical care is required . He is very courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone who is searching for an excellent doctor.

DR. Ridley has been my Doctor for years, I trust Him completely.

We love Dr Ridley and LJ they are like family to us as we have been going to Dr Ridley for over 25 years. He always listens to us and wants to help us. He is never in a hurry he always has time for us which means alot. You couldn't ask for a better medical assistance then LJ she is so kind and loving . We will be so SAD the day Dr Ridley retires.

Hands down the best doctor you could possible want. He takes the time to know and understand his patients.

The best doctor I have visited in my life! He took time to make sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to get my xray results back ASAP. I highly recommend him!

I would recommend, and have done so, to all my family and friends. He is a real caring doctor that doesn't brush you off when you have concerns. He makes sure you understand what is wrong (or not wrong) and what the plan is to get well.

Dr. Ridley has been an extraordinary care giver for my family and me for many years. He listens to hear, not to respond. He asks clear and concise questions. And in turn, he gives clear and concise answers. If he does not know the answer, he WILL get back with you in a timely manner. We love him!!

Dr. Ridley is the finest doctor I know he continually goes above and beyond to provide the best most comprehensive care I know of. He and LJ his nurse care about their patients and are continually striving to provide the best care possible. Dr. Ridley provided an example of this quality care one Sunday morning at 7:30 AM when he review my blood work and became aware of an imbalance that existed in the report for that blood work. He called corrected my meds to fix the problem that Sunday Morning.

Dr. Ridley has been my primary physician since the late 1970's. He has always been friendly and personable while remaining totally professional. I leave his feeling like he was really concerned about me and was able to give treat me for my ailment or refer me to a specialist who can. He does not seem to be bought by the pharmaceutical companies as he is always trying to either give me samples or prescribe the best medication for the least cost.
