I was truly surprised when the assistant said I had improved greatly from my last exam. Then Dr. Packo said NO INJECTION needed at this time due to the improvement and something he used during my previous visit. I was extremely happy. All his assistants are very helpful and accomodating. Dr. Packo explains and answers all questions. He gives me Hope that my vision will be normal within a year. The covid situation caused my eye to deteriorate due to no injections for 6 or 7 months because everything was closed. But we are back on track and it's all going forward now with God's Blessings.

I was recommended to Dr Packo by University ophthalmology. They did some tests and at the end of my visit, no conclusion was drawn. All Dr. Packo said was he will talk to doctor from University ophthalmology as he cannot draw any definite conclusion from the tests. This was fine with me unless they charged me $300 for the tests and visit. I was told the costs charged to me is high because of my high deductible insurance plan. In my opinion, the costs are high for a visit in which no medicine, so

Amazing Doctor he is very compassionate and shows great concern for his patients. He has helped my vision go from pitch black with a complete ruptured globe to seeing light and shapes and being able to count how many fingers are held up infront of me. Still receiving long term treatment for my condition but very hopeful in his care.

I cannot express strongly enough my gratitude to Dr Packo for his help with my retinal detachment. After 3 surgeries with another surgeon that were unsuccessful, I was referred to Dr. Packo. He is a very genuine, caring physician with world class surgical skills, in my opinion. Although I will not be getting complete vision back, he has reattached the retina and it is staying in place this time. I highly recommend him !
