Dr. Kiran Raman

We saw Dr. Raman in the pediatric ER for a severe allergic reaction in our daughter that was quite scary for us. Dr. Raman was kind and caring, appreciated our concerns, and treated our daughter with IV medications that brought her reaction under control. She also took the time to explain to us what we should do for next time. We appreciated having such an excellent doctor taking care of our daughter. Thank you Dr. Raman!

Dr. Raman is the rudest doctor I’ve even encountered. She laughed in my face and said “that’s babies”. My infant was gasping for air and she said “that’s normal” and laughed while my infant was wheezing. All she said was that’s babies. I am a first time mom, i could be over dramatic but you as a E.R doctor should make me feel comfortable and at ease taking my infant home. In stead this rude doctor laughed in my face and continued to laugh because everything was “normal”. Don’t ever go to this ER

I will NEVER take my son to Mendy’s Place ever again! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. This place came highly recommended by my sons primary care provider, so I felt comfortable taking my son there to be treated. Dr. Raman was very rude, spoke to me like I was incompetent, and treated my son like he was a burden. Not what I was expecting going into a CHILDREN’S E.D. Poor diagnosis, and poor bedside manor! Be nice, these are children, not robots!!!

Took my 8yr old to the ER because she had the flu she got over but still had a horrible cough she's been coughing 15 days I think she now has a sinus infection and this uncaring doctor Raman didn't bother to look in her throat or nose and told me that My child had caught something else refused me a strep test because she didnt have a fever said her nasty green boogers she has been stuffed up with for 15days was normal and that I basically had to let her cough for 30 days before any antibiotics

We waited 2 hours to see this non-caring doctor who had poor bedside manner and didn't seem to care. Our child had a high fever and we told her about a sore throat and she didn't bother looking in our kid's throat. We will never go back to that ER because of this poor experience.
