Can't agree more with other reviews. they do not even deserve one star. Horrible professional conduct and mannerism with no courtesy toward patients. Waited for 1 hrs. despite confirmed appointment, Dr. Kiran's daughter (who see the patients in her absence) was absolute arrogant in the way she talks to patients; as if patients homeless people. Can't agree more with other reviews. they do not even deserve one star. Horrible mannerism with no courtesy toward patients. Waited for 1 hrs. despite confirmed appointment, Dr. Kiran, daughter was absolute ridiculous and arrogant in the way she talks to patients as if we are homeless people. I can write more but if one gets the idea, pl. beaware!!

They make you wait hours even though you scheduled an appointment

Very poor doctor and her daughter also we have to wait 3 hours . And than donot give any medication always and she said if you need medication or any surgery go back to your country here we donot do anything ???????????????????? 0 star for them

The staff is sooooo inefficient and unprofessional. They do not answer the telephones. I needed a letter of authorization to see a Gynecologist for my tumor and called them a lot of times, left 3 messages in 2 days, yet I received no reply. I had to go to Dr Kiran's office to get the paper. I was crying there, since I could not make an appointment with any doctors in less than 2 weeks and my case was urgent, the reaction of the staff when seeing my crying was only locking the doors on me instead of sympathizing or helping. Rude, unprofessional, and completely uncaring for the welfare of the patient. Obviously in a rush to leave the room.

Poor , had to wait hours while fasting for blood test . They told me to just go and get the test done and it would be in the system. It was not in the system . Called to get it in the system it never made it . May have to miss work again because of this .probably should find a more professional Doctor . Terrible waste of my time . They don't care ????
