Dr. Robins is a very caring physician and is excellent with kids.

I called the office and was able to get right in that afternoon. Dr. Robbins is honestly the kindest and most friendly Dr. I didn’t feel hurried, and he listened intently to me as I explained my issues, fixed my problem and settled my concerns. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating. Definitely a 5 star medical office.

Dr. Robbins took the time to thoroughly examine my ear and then to explain things clearly. I highly recommend him. I know I will go back for any pertinent issues.

I went to see Kip talked to a kid Jason who disregarded everything I said. I wanted to see Kip becuz he was who I was recommended to see older wiser. 8 months of nurses!!! And no answers

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Robins listens carefully and is always so nice! He’s extremely professional, but not so much so that you feel intimidated. He wants you to understand what’s going on and makes sure you leave knowing what you need to. I had to have sinus surgery to remove a lot of polyps and other gross stuff and he did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable and confident going into it. It was my first surgery and first time going under and he made it a very very positive experience for both me and my husband. His staff is so nice and caring also. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere but I had to this time. I do not recommend. I really wanted to meet with Dr robins and was happy to come back another day in the near future when he was available but they said not possible and had me see the PA Jason Gray. Received no solutions but they made sure I got a large bill. I even called and spoke with a very kind customer service person in billing who agreed that the “care” I received was very lacking. The largest issue I went in for jaw pain (something many people go to ents for help with) he told me to go to a dentist and that he can’t help at all (yet still charged me). I just drank food out of a straw for 2 more weeks because dentist was booked out because so painful. I’ve had uncomfortable sinus issues for a few years and just dealt with the not severe but constant problems so I was so excited to finally get solutions. Absolutely no help. I was happy to pay the first bill since I did go in and speak to him, albeit no solutions. But when the second much larger bill came I was astounded at the gal. I called and told my experience and they said oh they will probably drop that charge for you. They did not. Very dishonest to me. Do not recommend. I came to him because my tonsils always bothered me. I had daily issues, constant sickness, etc. I had the tonsillectomy and as soon as I got home one side started gushing blood. We went back so he could fix it. When we arrived we had to wait because he had started another surgery. They almost had to do a transfusion, and ended up pumping my stomach because of the blood loss and drainage-the whole wait I’m vomiting blood and eventually blacked out. Well, I’m not bothered that my surgery had hiccups. I AM bothered that afterwards he did not address the severity of the issue properly. No one took responsibility for the botched surgery. The fact that my situation was not taken seriously in the moment nor did they recognize the severity until I got back on the table for them to fix it, is unacceptable. I’m super happy to not have my tonsils anymore, (thus, the second star), but wished my experience had been acknowledged and validated during my post-op appointment. They were great! My son had tonsil removal. They helped him feel very comfortable and not scarred. ( 5 years old) dr Robbins was very helpful when I called him in the evening and called in nausea medicine for him.

He explains everything in words you can understand. He answers your questions with respect.

Exceptional care, incredible staff, and the doctor truly cares for the well-being of his patients. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone seeking a specialist in this field.

Dr Robins is one amazing doctor!! He has seen every person in my family, all my children and myself. He's polite, always explained things well and just all around nice guy. I’ve taken two of my children to Dr. Robins for ear tubes and had a great experience both times. Both Dr. Robins and his PA, Dr. Gray are so professional, easy to talk to, and kind. The office waiting room is so fun that my kids always leave feeling like they’ve just had a play date. I highly recommend Dr. Robins!

Visit was great, we were happy with the service. However, on the phone, the office said it would be billed as an office visit. Instead, we were billed more than three times as much. I called the billing place, and after a month, they said the doctor wouldn't reduce it for us. Disappointed and poorer. Get it all in writing, I guess.

I am impressed with the thorough and complete check. Everyone is pleasant, and they help in any way and answer all questions.

After visiting S#th R##dle I assumed bad service and incompetence was the norm, Thankfully Kipp showed me what A good Ent with real experience can do ! I would highly recommend him .

My daughter had a surgery where Dr. Kipp Robins removed her adenoids & Tonsils. This Doctor and the practice are the best! They made everything run smoothly. I understood everything that was going on. This is the best Doctor!!

Then Dr Robbins followed up, reading aloud all that was said and recorded so that we both concurred with my health status and needs. I came in with an unknown cause for an earache. Dr. Robbins was very thorough. I was pleased with how well he listened. I was treated and he cane up with a treatment plan. The staff was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be returning a needed.

Very experienced and knowledgeable. Always so great with my kids, and when it was finally my turn to be the patient, he squeezed me in on a Friday and took care of my "emergency". I always feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Robins!

Staff was helpful, place was clean, Dr. Robin's was friendly and even spoke some Japanese to help put my wife at ease (since she is from Japan). He even allowed her to get a hearing test and immediately sent a prescription for medicine she needed so we could go buy it right after. I have no complaints.

The wait time was a little long (40 min). BUT you get excellent care. The doctor was super nice and they have great tools and technology. We get my son’s ear wax cleaned out before school every year and this place is the best we have been to.

The wait was short, office was clean (including a family-friendly restroom and a great waiting area designed for kids), staff was friendly, and they addressed my child’s health concern. This was my first visit to Dr. Robins’ office. The staff was very friendly and it was a delightful visit! Both the PA and Dr. Robins checked out my ear and were able to help! It was fun talking to them and I felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Robins is wonderful. He is so sweet to my son who has been seeing him since he was a year old and now almost 4. He runs on time and still spends enough time with us in the room. I would recommend Dr. Robins hands down. Thanks for taking great care of our little guy.
