Dr Washington is great

If you place zero value on your time, then congratulations, you've found your next doctor! I waited 45 minutes for the appointment which was right after lunch, so she was 45mins 'late' from LUNCH. There was no surgery this day, she just had a long lunch with a full waiting room. Nonetheless, I met Dr. Washington and we had a short office visit then I was off to get an ultra-sound. I've called her office 3 times, they've confirmed that she does have the results, but needs to read them. I can't get any response-none. So today i finally made an appointment with another doctor to read the ultrasound. The staff is great, and for that matter Dr. Washington was very pleasant. But 3 weeks to read an ulta-sound for a growth on my neck is way too long.

She is a great doctor. She has very good Bedside manners. She's very direct but passionate. We could not of ask for a better doctor to take care of our mother. God bless doctor Washington and her staff.

Dr. Kimberly Washington and the Staff at Highlander Surgical Associates are amazing !! Dr. Washington was very informative regarding my Hernia surgery. She was positive and honest which helped ease my fear of going into surgery!! She has a wonderful personality and a beautiful smile! I definitely recommend everyone to come to her ! I think she's awesome! I was referred by my PCP and I'm so glad I was. She has an excellent bedside manner! She listens to your concerns and explores every possible avenue of care. She answers all of your questions so you can make an informed decision. She's kind, caring, personable, responsible, and has a sense of humor. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a surgeon!

Dr Washington is great. She explained everything clearly before and after the procedure. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. My appointments never felt rushed. The surgery went well without any complications. I went home that same day. There was never pain other than some burning when coughing, sneezing or moving the wrong way. The ice pack came in handy for those situations. I did use the ice pack and took pain medicine for 1 week. After 2 weeks, my incisions have almost

Had some issues with gallbladder removal. Dr.Washington was understanding and concerned at 1st. Then it was a joking matter with her and she made a reference about my medical history that was incorrect. I felt like she judged me like every other statistic case. People react differently from surgery I can not control how my body reacts.

I was hospitalized with GI blockage, she helped me resolve it without surgery. Great bedside manner, great knowledge base. I appreciate that she listened & heard my concerns. She answered all my questions & addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams.

Had to have a colostomy due to acute perforated diverticulitis. Dr. Washington was very confident and calming. Great, understanding staff. Surgery went as well as hoped for and going back for a reversal soon. Highly recommend.
