She has always done an excellent job helping me when I need!!!

I found her to be unpleasant. My mother-in-law had a coughing fit in the waiting room and when we asked for water for her we were told they don't provide water. I asked for a dixie cup so we could get her a drink from the sink faucet we were told they don't provide those either. I feel like a paper cup is a pretty standard item for a physician clinic to stock. She is mobility impaired and couldn't just easily walk to a water fountain, which I do not even know if they have those.

My daughter and I showed up early for an appointment. An hour later, we were still sitting in the waiting room, which reeked of cigarette smoke. When we finally got to see the doctor, she was hostile, I guess because I dared to complain about the wait. We will not be subjecting ourselves to her rudeness again.

Dr Schisler is a doctor that really cares. She takes time to listen to you. She makes me feel safe. Nancy her nurse, is good at her job and Thelma the receptionist is wonderful and understanding.
