Dr. Kimberly Safman takes her time to listen to the pain I’m in and always there to help and if I need a epidural she can make my pain go away!! I would recommend Dr. Kimberly Safman to anyone letting them know just how Good she is!!

Love Dr. Safman. She’s so friendly and kind and really cares about her patients. Her PA Naomi is wonderful too. I highly recommend them both.

Dr. Saffman is incredible, I have suffered with significant back pain for years due to arthritis and in the small time I’ve been treated by her I am PAINFREE!!!

Dr. Safman has improved the quality of my life two-fold. But for her, I would have been lying on an operating table, face down, with my abdomen hanging down in the center and blood pressure lowered, waiting for the surgeon's scalpel. Instead, I walked into Dr. Safman's operating room and walked out ~a half-hour later, feeling so much better. Dr. Safman shows that she cares for your comfort during the procedure. She has a great concern for your safety and is skillful in her profession. I have had three procedures done by Dr. Safman, with great results each time.

Dr. Safman is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She is compassionate and listened to concerns I had. Daily after reatment follow up program is a great tool. Great information and staff actually responds to any questions you have!

I have been going to Dr. Safman for at least 7 years and she is amazing, kind, and right on spot with her diagnosis and treatment. Her PA Naomi is right up there as well. I highly recommend them for any type of joint pain.

Dr. Kimberly Safman. Is polite, has a great bedside manner and listens to you. I have suffered years of lower back pain and was never diagnosed with a sound reason. After a review of my condition, we had a plan to relive the the pain. I am happy so far with this plan and looking forward to the end of that treatment. Dr. Safman and her staff are extremely caring. They contacted me daily after my epidural by e mail and when you respond you get an answer quickly, always the same day. I worked in the field for 15 years, with orthopedics, I know how important it is to get questions answered.

Dr. Safman did an excellent job administering an epidural. Prior to seeing her I had back pain and terrible sciatic pain up and down my right leg and knee. One week following my epidural almost all the pain is gone and I am fully functional again without any assist! As they say , she was “right on target” with only the first episode of the epidural steroid administration . She is an experienced and skillful specialist who I highly recommend.

For my new patient appointment I never saw Dr. Safman. I saw her physician assistant, Naomi Porter, who asked me if I had tried Advil and self-adjustments. If Advil worked, I wouldn't be at the doctor's office, right? Naomi treated me like a child who knows nothing about being a chronic back pain patient for the last 7 years. I don't think I will ever come back here again. I am cancelling all of my appointments with them and looking for a real doctor who will actually show up for the initial patient evaluation. Dr. Safman will not see me again. She walked in, left the door open, did not introduce herself, spend 30 seconds with me and walked out. Was not even sure if that was her. Had to google her to match her picture with the face I saw in the consulting room. I am going to let my Primary Care Physician know and I am also going to call my Insurance Carrier.

Dr Safman is the doctor who performed the epidermal on my lower back for my severe arthritic issues. She seems to be a careful, pleasant and caring doctor.

I had a herniated disc in my lumbar region. My spine surgeon, Dr. Gordon, sent me to Dr. Safman for an epidural and the experience was awesome because I thought there might be pain involved and there was not one bit of pain. Dr. Safman and her staff are the best! I was absolutely terrified before my first epidural injection and I honestly felt nothing at all, in fact when Dr. Safman said she was all done I couldn't believe it! She is a wonderful doctor and a truly nice person!

Dr. Safman is a great pain management doctor! She has been my doctor for 5 yrs., for a multitude of maladies with my back! She has been instrumental in helping me lose weight, control my pain through various methods injections, physical therapy, medicine! She is always professional, thorough, kind and understanding my issues and health!

Dr Safman slows very little compassion with me. She needs a nicer to her patients. She had insulted not only me but my wife as well. As a cancer patient I am treated like a common crimmal to get my meds. I have been a patient for nearly 20 years. Seems in the past year I have observed coming in for something small I am told I need a whole host of new unnecessary tests and shared obscure Doctors associated within the group. I hate to think this may be a way to increase profits.

I have had over 10 visits to this Doctors practice and have never met her. The last visit was the last straw. Her PA Naomi Porter told me to go shop for 2 MRI's and said don't even make an appointment until they are done. I have had no returned calls. I have had MRI's in the past and Naomi wrote the wrong location for the MRI. I had a hip replacement surgery with complications and have had extreme pain since the surgery. My insurance company could not believe it and told me to find another Dr.

Dr. Safman's PA did the entire assessment. When Dr. Safman came into the room she stood at the door with the door open. She told me what she could not do for me until I had received a lower level of care first. She never examined me. She was impatient, with a 'sharp' edge, unfriendly, obviously in a hurry. This was my first appointment and thought her behavior unprofessional. Taking more time, having a conversation( partnering with me as I knew the problem) would have made all the difference.

I made an appointment for a first evaluation with her based on a referral from another doctor in that office. I got an automated message saying she would not be in and that an assistant would handle the appointment unless I requested otherwise. I think it malpractice to have someone who is not a doctor handle a new patient's evaluation and shocking that they didn't even have a human phone to discuss it. I phoned and canceled. They didn't even ask me why I canceled.

Dr. Safman is highly professional yet personable. She has provided me with quality patient care coupled with a high level of medical expertise during the procedures I've undergone with her.

Thank you Dr. Safman for giving me back my active life. My shoulder feels fantastic because of the perfect injection and I am back to playing tennis and frolicking with my grandchildren again with no restrictions. I highly recommend the staff at Newport Ortho for their great care as well.

Dr. did not know why I have pain, with no diagnosis she wanted to I give me injections. She copy the diagnosis from another dr's records.
