Dr. Moon is committed to ushering babies into this world. She treated my partner and I with kid gloves and tailored the treatment to my needs. My fiance was working with a male infertility specialist at Shady Grove who acted more like a salesman and was trying to encourage to get a second surgery that had a low success rate. Thankfully, I began to work with Dr. Moon who sat us down and offered us a heartfelt and realistic path forward. We trusted her and it resulted in us being three months pregnant after our first IVF round! Dr. Moon's team was instrumenatl in the process because they acted as cheerleader and coach throughout. No question was too silly and someone was always available to take my frantic calls. Dawn, the RN on Dr. Moon's team is the most brilliant and kindhearted individual. Zura, who is part of the front desk staff at K Street always made sure I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. I am so grateful to this team.

Dr. Moon is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, she explains every part of the process in a very detailed and scientific way. She is compassionate and her entire team is amazing. Dr. Moon has guided me though miscarriage, my first successful pregnancy, and I am now pregnant with my 2nd baby with the help of her team. Shady Grove Fertility has all the resources you need to be successful though your journey.

I couldn’t have asked for better support from SGF during our IVF process. Dr. Moon and her team were attentive, responsive, and kind at every turn. During the particularly challenging aspects of this journey, I felt I was given candid and detailed information. Dr. Moon doesn’t sugarcoat things, and she doesn’t overpromise, but she is available when you need her, an expert in her field, and empathetic as well. I couldn’t have asked for better. This goes for the nurses and support staff, especially at the K Street location too. We are 12 weeks into a so-far healthy pregnancy and remain grateful everyday.

I loved Dr. Moon. She explained everything really well and took a full hour to talk to me and explain my options. She was also knowledgeable about LGBT family planning. Unfortunately I did not like the nurses at Shady Grove Fertility so I left for another clinic. If Dr. Moon ever establishes a private practice or leaves Shady Grove I will go back to her.

Dr. Moon is responsible for getting my pregnant with my two children, the first through IUI and the second through IVF. She is no nonsense and very practical and honest, and the way she used data to inform our discussions was very helpful in putting our fertility situation in perspective. And she got the job done! I referred my best friend to her, and she is now pregnant after a long struggle.

Dr. Moon will do my FET tomorrow in SGF Rockville.. it will be our first time meeting her. I will update you guys if it will be successful.

My husband and I were treated by Dr. Moon and RN Kate Phillips at Shady Grove via their Shared Risk Program. I ended up having poor egg quality during our IVF cycles, and I had receptivity issues during the frozen embryo transfers. However, Dr. Moon and Kate didn't give up on us through a very long process. Dr. Moon is a no nonsense person, and we always felt confident that she was selecting the best way to adjust my protocol. She struck us as a very strong, caring, and determined person.

Dr. Moon was an absolute pleasure to work with on this fertility journey. She was always very courteous, explained everything to me in detail, and was always available for any questions or concerns.

We absolutely loved Dr. Moon! She was very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable and made the whole process much more bearable. At one point, she even spent time consoling me after one of our first few cycles didn't work. We were sad to not be pregnant but also devastated financially because our insurance didn't cover much. Dr. Moon not only helped me regain my emotional strength but then she and her team helped us figure out how to make our finances go farther. We are thrilled with our SG baby

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Moon. She is patient, determined, compassionate, encouraging, fierce, funny, and incredibly smart. I am so happy that she was our doctor during this difficult time, and I am so grateful to her for making us a family of 3!

After meeting with Dr. Moon and her staff, we knew immediately that we were in good hands. We had left another infertility practice to go to SGF and it was the best decision we ever made. Dr. Moon and every single member at SGF gave us unlimited time, patience, understanding, and most importantly hope. Dr. Moon was a pleasure to have as a doctor during that stressful moment of my life. She was very caring and patient oriented. I highly recommend Dr. Moon. I can't thank her enough...our little baby is will be here in less than 3 weeks!

Dr. Moon was easy to establish a rapport with, was patient with our many, many questions, and was willing to advocate for us with colleagues and insurance companies.

Dr Moon is great. She is thoughtful and helped guide us through the entire process. I appreciated her time and organization. Her team was top-notch. I am happy that we have a baby and owe it to Dr Moon!
