She assisted me in obtaining a new lease on life.....she always listened patiently with care....I have been going to her for years. .Previously was sleeping 1 to 2 hours a night...now 7 or 8....she is the best !

Dr. Mims is great to work with but her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are unprofessional. Left sitting in the waiting room when patients who had later appointments were taken back. Office Manager blamed it on the nurse having to deal with virtual visits and the pandemic. Cost Dr. Mims a patient.

Well organized since transition from 1001 Blythe to 3030 Randolph.The staff rescheduled me after Christmas both efficiently and courteously. Dr Mimms was on maternity leave until after Christmas. Congratulations on the birth and Merry Christmas.

I was referred to Dr. Mims by my primary care physician, and I'm so glad I was!! She was finally able to diagnose my narcolepsy after YEARS of struggling with it. Ever since the first time I have met with her, she has been nothing but helpful. It can be pretty frustrating to have/meet with a doctor that you don't feel you "click" with, and I am very lucky to have found one that has the best bedside manners. She had answers for all my questions, and even ones I didn't know I had! It is very apparent that she is knowledgeable and genuely loves her job. The receptionist staff and all of the nurses/physicians assistants I have come across, have all been very nice and helpful. Terrible and disorganized office staff.

Always difficult. Simple requests require office visits (e.g equipment replacements). Maybe she needs to drum up business for herself.

Very responsive, great listener, makes me feel like we're in a partnership. I've had several sleep doctors over the years, and she is by far the best.
