Kimberly Yu-Yi Liu

My wife and I have both been with Dr. Liu for 10 years, and we have both been happy with her. It is she that Spotted my wife's congestive heart failure, and was concerned we had an appointment over a week later. She stepped out of the office, called the Cardidology Dept. and had us seeing the cardiologist the next day. It is also she who deteected my wife's breast cancer and informed us. I'm amazed at some of the negative reviews. Efficient, yes! Rude -- never to us. She has been wonderful.

Failure could not even call the pharmacy for prescriptions. Usually 45-minute wait for most of my appointments. Very hurried when we eventually had an appointment. Issues with billing as she would not bill VA as it is harder to process. Terrible follow-up!

WORST DOCTOR EVER! She was so horrible that I decided to take this time to add a review so others are saved! Very rude and impatient. She thinks the patient is an idiot, laughs about their problems and undermines their concerns.

Worse doctor that I have seen. I have in emergency situation and she had not appointment and she did not do anything just to send me some massages with a nurse I visit her several times and she is not enough knowledge to diagnose .

I began seeing Dr Liu because my PCP retired. I have stage IV cancer. She had me take a bone density test. On Christmas Eve, enjoying a wonderful evening with my family, she decided to call me to tell me some bad news. I have osteoporosis. Then she began saying she wasn’t sure she wanted to treat me as I was so far along in my cancer stage. Then she asked “did your oncologist team tell you how long you have to live “? I thought you effing kidding me? Who does this? This information she HAD to give me could have waited! I had her on speakerphone unfortunately. My family also heard this and became very upset. Horrible, unprofessional. She didn't want to get to the root cause of the problem and wouldn't let me speak about the symptoms I had. I would not recommend her. 1 star.

Dr. Liu is my PC doctor for past 7 years... She is very attentive and listen to all my problems. She is very caring, professional and think what alternative is best for my care.

She is the best doctor to go to. We have visited for primary care / yearly check up. She is very caring and friendly. Taken full details about family history, checked total my body and suggested very good things. I strongly recommend Dr. Liu. Felt very comfortable .

The reviews about Dr. Liu lacking warmth and interest are spot on. I am young (29) and have chondrolysis of the hip for unknown reasons which has caused me to need a hip replacement at age 29. While I see specialists, I still ask Dr. Liu health questions in hopes of getting to the underlying reason for my hip problems. Dr liu’s answers are short, vague and she quickly changes topic. Has told me multiple times “you’re too young for all these problems.” Shockingly unprofessional to hear from a dr.

Dr Liu was the worst experience I had at this location. My regular doctor was on vacation and she was the only one available. She seemed very confused the entire time and wanted to socialize instead of discussing my symptoms. I strongly agree with the other reviews, she talks down to you as though you are a child and treats you as though you are a lab rat. When she finally wrote a prescription she even did that incorrectly and the computer system corrected her mistake.

I am very critical about job performance and aptitude and it's my pleasure to recommend Kimberly Liu. You're unlikely to find better.

She is a great Doctor, she listens and gets to the bottom of your issues, always checks in make sure things are good...

DR Kimberly Lui is amazing. Very helpful my mother is a diabetic & doesn’t have good circulation in her feet due to having a stroke. She was able to diagnose my mother’s Condition. Thank you Dr Lui for being you, making our visit pleasant because Dr visit can be very hard sometimes. When I have to push my mother in a wheelchair, care for my sister with special needs & bring my daughter to the office as well. We really appreciated you & are grateful we switched from Pac Med to Evergreen Health. Thank you again DR Kimberly Lui is amazing. Terrible doctor, insensitive, treats patients like lab rats!

I've been a patient of Dr. Liu for a few years now and I have only ever had a great experience. She is kind and understanding and is willing to listen to all of my concerns.

Dr. Liu was very kind and understanding when I saw her she helped rule out some issues with some gastrointestinal issues I was having. She also dealt with an allergic reaction I had I felt like I had wasted her time because it turned out to be a small reaction that didn't require a doctors visit but I was in pain she gave me some pain meds and assured me I hadn't wasted her time. She was very nice.
