She truly doesn’t care it’s always “in your head”

I took my daughter into see dr Johnson and the older nurse was extremely rude! When I informed the dr about the extremely rude nurse her response was “she’s good” That is extremely unprofessional! This was by far the worse experience I have had at any Dr in crossville.

Was very anxious about seeing a new OB after moving here and explaining my symptoms to someone new, but she was so motherly and kind. I want to see her for every issue now. The other girls who work there were just so friendly, and I just felt like I belonged. It’s not every day you come home bragging about a women’s yearly checkup!

easy to make appointment. staff friendly but professional. dr johnson very pleasant and gives adequate time for questions/answers. office not crowded. very professional and minimal waiting time!!!!! yay.

The staff is very friendly. I’ve been her patient for over 19 years. She’s delivered two of my children. Any time I had concerns and called they would send a message to the dr and would then call me back. Dr Johnson takes the time to answer any questions and concerns at each visit. Went to her for pain I was experiencing. I cried when she tried to give me a physical exam because I knew it was going to hurt. She then refused to do an exam until I talked to a counselor because I was acting like an abuse victim. I was floored. The ladies at this office are incredible! Such a sweet and knowledgeable doctor/staff. I highly suggest going here and wish I could give them 10 stars. A+++

Love dr johnson

I have been a patient for years, and EVERYONE has been so friendly and welcoming. I know going to the Dr. is not something you look forward to on a normal basis, but this is DEFINETLY NOT THE CASE HERE. Everyone has been extremely helpful from scheduling my appointments to making sure I know what to expect for the next apt and such to following up and making sure my insurance has approved the medication I need. Simply wonderful people and great place to receive the care you deserve :) I have been a patient for years, and EVERYONE has been so friendly and welcoming. I had not been to a gynecologist in over 15 years. My PCP recommended I see one due to some issues with anemia. My young adult daughter insisted I cancel the appointment I had in Ootlewah and call Dr. Johnson. I did. From the time I walked into the waiting room I felt like I was an old friend of theirs. The receptionist is very friendly, I only had to wait about 15 minutes or so to go back to see the dr., Dr. Johnson made me feel comfortable, she also did my surgery a few weeks later.

After being new to Tennessee I was worried about how the health care would be out here.but she is awesome.

I don't know what any of you people are talking about. EVERYONE in this office is the most friendly people I have ever met. Including the lady that works the front desk. They are welcoming and sweet as can be. Don't let any of these people fool you. And let's not forget everyone has a bad day. You can't be rude and expect to be treated like gold. ???? I went to Dr. Johnson for the first time about a month ago, and she took care of me. She listened, she was very understanding. All of the staff was wonderful. I would say if you have a bad experience here that it's probably your own fault. Can't walk in with attitude and expect to be treated like gold.

I love Johnson. She delivered my daughter and is very nice. Answers any questions I have without hesitation. Takes time with me so I can try to remember or explains something if I dont understand. Never pressured me into getting an epidural. (even though i got one anyway) she was a great doctor for me

I gave her one star only because I have to. Called to make an appt and had a question whereas they referred me to the Breast Center. The breast center needed a referral but she wouldn't give one for some reason??? So when I got upset after being on hold for 30 mins she said she wasn't going to see me anymore. Never liked her very much to begin with but this tops the cake lol.. Dr's these days care about nothing but the money. I gave her one star only because I have to. Highly recommend her! Its an in and out process unless you've got questions and she is very happy to answer them!

I was extremely pleased with Dr.Johnson and her staff. I highly recommend her as a gynecologist.
