Has anyone ever told you that when using a sharp knife always cut AWAY from you? We’ll, if you ignore that advice (like I did) and deeply cut your finger, the 1st thing that you should do is see Dr. Jackson. Dr. Jackson possesses all of the qualities that I hope to find in a physician; great medical skills, knowledgeable, and experience, good “bedside” manor, and a sense of humor! She took great care of me and my finger. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to be treated by Dr. Jackson again, or to recommend her to family and friends. Now for the 2nd thing that you should do…stop cutting towards yourself with a sharp knife!

I wouldn’t give this place one star! Went there for an appointment for my 15 year old son and was talked down to the whole appointment by Dr Kimberly Jackson! I told her we wouldnt be back and she didn’t care say all. My son was shaking by the end of the visit! The rest of the staff was wonderful and always have been. To them Thank You. Someone calling off is no reason to talk to talk down to patients. I wouldn’t give this place one star! I am very thankful for Amy Branham (I apoligize if I spelled her name wrong)... I came to this office with an A1C of 11.4 when it is suppose to be 6 for diabetics... She worked with me when my sugars were over 600 and now my sugars are under 150 and I haven't had to use my fast acting insulin for 5 days.... Thank you so much for taking the time and helping me.... Dr. Jackson and her group take great care of my Mom!

Morgan Jones is really great! She was extremely kind and understanding and also very knowledgeable and confident. Which are the main things I look for in a PCP. Would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a doctor.

Absolutely terrible service!!! The nurse practitioner Morgan couldn’t diagnose a cold, Chris will hang up on you while trying to schedule an appointment and when you call back to complain Ashley will tell you it’s rude to complain. These people all seem to miss the fact that you’re PAYING FOR THE SERVICE!!!

This woman in the rudest medical professional i have ever encountered. I went to show her on my neck where it hurt, and she literally yelled and scolded me, telling me not to tell her how to do her job, and that only one of us went to medical school. I was completely aghast. I was simply pointing to the side of my neck. Well, she diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection that it turns out I didn't have, I have a cyst in my lymph node. Horrible woman, i definitely do not recommend her

Doctor was extremely rude to us and shaking her head at us as we voiced our concerns. Was here for my daughter who has had ear trauma n doctor was rude as my daughter was afraid to let her ears be examined. Will not go back to this doctor or establishment again.
