As before I thought everyone was... - As before I thought everyone was very professional but courteous, and caring. Great job everyone and Dr Ireland.

The Doctor is one of the least c... - The Doctor is one of the least caring rudest medical professionals that I have ever had the misfortune to interact with.

The waiting time to see Dr. Ireland was short. She was pleasant and comforting. The only negative I have is that she was wearing a mask, just like she did when she performed my contact surgery. Of course, that was back in covid. My problem is that I still have not been able to see her face. I didn't like that so much.

Everyone I had contact with was friendly, professional and efficient. Well trained staff.

The entire staff was warm and caring ! Dr Ireland is absolutely wonderful ! We are lucky to have her here in The Villages !!

I have had a prosthetic eye for over 40 years and dreaded the idea of surgery on my one remaining eye. Two ophthalmologists in NY told me I needed cataract surgery. I was going to have it done in NY but my new insurance required it be done in FL. I researched extensively to find the most experienced surgeon in the state of FL which led me to Dr. Ireland. After my visit I was informed that I had no indications of needing cataract surgery. Let that sink in.

Dr. Ireland did both my eyes with laser surgery. I had done this past Thurs. What a wonderful experience. A year before she had done both my eyes for cataracts. Staff here are just great group!!

I had both my eyes operated for cataract by Dr Ireland perfectly. She explained the process well before surgery. I find her very efficient and recommend her to my family and friends. St Luke’s Cataract hospital at The Villages was very professional and caring pre and post operation.

This is my second experience with Dr. Ireland. I wouldn't use anyone else. Everything regarding the whole staff are top shelf.

Finally decided I needed a second opinion concerning my eye sight. Recommended by my practicing eye care Doctor due to cataracts seen. She was on time, building was clean and busy. We met, she looked and surgeries scheduled right away.

Dr. Ireland is an amazing cataract surgeon! The procedure she provided me has helped me to see better than ever! Dr. Ireland and her team are exceedingly professional, thorough in their examinations, and genuinely compassionate with patients. I felt that the whole team at St. Luke’s were fully invested in helping me to see better. I was referred to Dr. Ireland as a result of emergency situation. She and her staff are extremely competent and compassionate. From the time I walked through the front door, I felt as though everyone I met was very helpful. My exam was very thorough. Dr. Ireland took the time to answer my questions and put me more at ease about my situation. Although I didn’t require surgery, Dr. Ireland referred me to a specialist who was able to see me immediately. I am very thankful!

I was nervous Tuesday and soon learned there was nothing to fear. Everyone was amazing. Today I had the second eye done. Once again, amazing. More importantly, you have given me my life back. You have no idea the impact this has had on me. I lost my independence! I can drive and I can see everything I was missing. My family’s faces, the flowers, vivid color, how bad the lawn looks and my beautiful dogs. My dirty house, I had no idea! I can read! Everyone at St Luke's is highly trained and professional. The appointment prior to surgery was long, but my eyes are precious and I will not trust them to anyone else.

From the moment I entered the building it was clear that this is a busy practice so I was pleasantly surprised at the personal, attentive care I observed and received. Not only is Dr. Ireland a qualified surgeon, as a partner in St. Luke’s, she models her approach to her patients to the staff and the result is a caring, attentive professional experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent in every way

I have recommended Dr. Ireland to several of my friends and several more are already seeing her.

Very happy with this whole experience. Had bilateral cataract surgery within the last month. Everyone is caring and professional. Practice runs on time like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ireland took as much time as needed to address my concerns. She was very detailed in describing the options and probable outcomes of each. I highly recommend this practice! Don't wait.

I have had annual visual checkups for all my adult life and Dr. Ireland was the FIRST to diagnose some problems, including increasing internal pressure in my eyes. She clearly explained the problem/solution in an understandable way without the usual medical gibberish.

Really long wait in office. Way behind schedule.

This is the most caring Eye Surgery facility in the whole area! Everyone is taught to treat their patients with special friendly care. Also they are very efficient . No wasted time! Dr. Ireland performed cataract surgery and astigmatism correction in both my eyes/one week apart. I couldn't believe how easy and fast it all took place. My eyesight is fantastic--age 75! I've worn glasses all my life since 5. Now everything is beautiful to see. You will love her and all others there! Do it NOW!

After discussing my eye exams and cataract surgeries, my brother-in-law decided that Dr. Ireland should become his ophthalmologist. This Thursday I will take him for his first cataract surgery.

Dr. Ireland never seems rushed. She always has time for all your questions and demonstrates care for you as a person. During my cataract surgery she kept me informed as to what she was doing and was finished in a very short period of time. I never felt anxious or concerned during the procedure and was surprised how easy it was (for me).

Every person I came in contact with at this clinic is fantastic. It is obvious they all are happy working there. Very pleasant experience. Dr. Ireland is really great.

Dr. Ireland is a highly skilled ophthalmologist, a consummate professional with a pleasant demeanor that instills confidence in a patient. The entire staff was excellent, the best I've ever encountered at any doctors office, bar none. A first-class operation from top to bottom. I could not be more pleased with the results of my cataract surgery.

She was very good at explaining procedure and making you comfortable during procedure.

Other than the wait time, most everything else has been perfect.

Very caring and professional

Dr Ireland and the St Luke's staff were extremely attentive and professional in every step of my cataract surgery, which included lenses to correct my significant astigmatism problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Ireland for over three years. She is a very caring professional. I have said on many occasions that her and her staff have been the best eye care people that I have ever been too.
