Dr. Kimberly Hagerman

My husband and I are both new patients to this practice with Dr. Kimberly Hagerman and NEVER have we had such a great experience as we did here. She sat down and took her time to actually ask us questions about our history instead of just written questions. She had clear speech, where we could understand, Dr Hagerman smiled and laughed and was truly engaged with us. The staff was energetic, polite and also had a happy outlook with their patients. So glad we are now a part of this practice.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but for this I had to. My daughter hadnt seen Hagerman during covid because we were trying to limit exposure. She had a health crisis and I had to call 911. The ER told me she needed a referral from Hagerman for a specialist and so I called to get it. They said they wouldnt refer her without seeing her and scheduled me for the following week. I had my phone on speaker in my house and everyone heard her schedule the appt. I showed up for it and they treated me like I was delusional and told me they didnt agree to see her and she needed to be listed as a new patient because she hadnt been seen in a couple years. I wish I could say this was the only incident I had with them but its not. Its simply the last. Very rude and unprofessional and uncaring. Several incidents over the past 5 years. I'm done. Most of the nurses are very rude. They roll there eyes and act very careless. They have been very rude to my grandmother. If they aren't going to do there job with care then they shouldn't be working here at ALL. I feel as though they are only in it for money and don't care about anything more.

It takes tooth and nail to get my meds refilled which have no narcotic effects and she gives the most basic care and staff and dr haggermen are not very friendly at all

I should of looked at the reviews first iguess. will not go back. Came in with sever side pain . told to head straight to the hospital for ct and xray . on day 2 of no call back . . 2 days wasted in pain with nothing prescribed which was fine.. all i asked for was a diagnosis . i asked if the dr even looked at my imaging and was told no. they had them but dr hadnt had time . Both these doctors believe patients are using fmla for vacations, and they both use power over function to change behavior in patients they find annoying like brain fog..they will make u go a few days while working without ur once same stable dose of pain medication. They talk down to patients and staff talk about patients outside of clinic..

Can I give her NO STARS??? I am 64, medically stable and a nurse. I last saw Dr Hagerman 8 months ago. I am not working. NO income for 8 weeks. My furnace is out and I cannot afford to replace it. Now I have no refills on 2 BP medications and probably other meds are without refills. She refuses to refill them without seeing me. I cannot afford that. My catastrophic health plan does not cover that. So. I am at risk for health crisis. This is unconscionable. I've never had a doctor insist on office visits anymore frequently than once a year. Tried to get an appointment. The person behind the counter asked what kind of insurance I had. When I said Medicare she said we aren't taking anymore patients. Wow!

Been a patient for over 4 years. Very easy to get everything done needed and not be pushed into things not needed. Nice being able to get local care when ever needed. I have even had good service walking in with out appointment

Former family doctor would highly NOT recommend her. Poor communication as well as awful manners.

Dr Hagerman has terrible bed side manner. I was getting a boil removed and she was supposed to numb it first before cutting it off. When I told her I could feel EVERYTHING she said "it's not that bad" and continued! Then she's like "why won't it stop bleeding" UHHHHH?!?! And I was 17 weeks pregnant at the time. I never went back.

Absolutely love this place, the doctors and the staff. Very friendly, professional and straight to the point...i am thankful to have found it..and she will be our family doctor for life

This office is capable of being a shot clinic and not much more.I have a child that has a few issues and I have attempted twice to seek help from this office.Both times after expressing my concerns during making our appointments I was confronted with my concerns in front of my daughter.No matter what the parents concern's are this doctor believes the patient must be told.That defeats the power of a parent attempting to reach out for help.I have little faith in this doctor or any others that I have seen in this area.
