Dr Kimberly is an amazing woman. She listens and delivers. She cares. Wait time is worth it!

Nothing gives a worse first impression of this office than to arrive for the very first appointment and being told that "your appointment was cancelled". I have no idea how good the doctor is, so this rating is purely for the office staff and my experience with wasting my time with them. I was told that "we tried to contact you" (which miraculously didn't reach me even though they had my correct contact info), and the lady couldn't even look into my eyes, just staring at her computer monitor. Any apology? "Sorry for the inconvenience"? Nope, there was none of those.

I've been going to Dr. Adams for years. She is one of the only doctors that listens to you without rushing, truly cares about her patients and does everything she can to help them. This is why sometimes you may wait in the waiting room longer than normal because she takes her time with her patients and if you have something to communicate, rest assured she will listen and want to help get you the best care. IDK about everyone else, but I'll gladly wait non-optimum wait times if it means I'll be taken care of by someone who truly cares.

If I could give this EMP zero stars I would. You should be ashamed of yourself. 6 months to get blood work review back to go over with your patient after a triple by pass and angioplasty as of recent! Pathetic ! What respectful doctor does this! 6 freakin months ago and your patient has been trying to see you. And when he did 1 day ago your sorry office called and said the wait is 3-4 hours then tried to cancel “again”. Your greed and inability to properly run your office has now caused my spouse to be hospitalized this evening. You should not be in practice due to your neglect. 6 months for blood work review and all you got as an excuse is you are behind in paperwork and written prescriptions to pick up asap. You knew The results of the blood work symptoms would become worse because of your 6 month waiting period to review the results and didn’t care. How do you sleep at night. Shameful how you play with your own patients lives! This is how you treat Veterans!

I hate to give Dr. Adams a poor review because I really do like her so much, but I am almost out of my medication that I need on a regular basis and the pharmacy has called 10 times and I have called several times and left messages and even left a detailed message with her answering service. Still no callback.This has been going on for almost a month now. I only have a few days left on my meds so I don’t know what I’m going to do. My sister-in-law is an internal medicine doctor, and she says that this could be grounds for patient abandonment. She really helped me but now I have to find another doctor just because I can’t get my medication refilled.

Dr Adams is wonderful, but her staff is absolutely terrible, worst customer service I've ever received. Sadly we will have to change doctors.

Very knowledgeable and helpful doctor, but have to wait 3 months as an established patient to get an appointment and had to wait 4 hours without being seen. I’m so disappointed that I have to find another doctor.

My appointment was at 9:30 am, I was seen by a nurse at 12:30 and left in a room for another hour and fifteen minutes without seeing Dr. Adams. I chose to leave because four hours for a simple appointment is ludicrous. I don't know if her self-inflated ego thinks her time is more important than mine but I am certainly questioning how she ever made the top docs list and how her practice makes any money. I cannot believe I waited four hours to be treated so poorly.

When i called the office i only got voice mail. It took a full week for them to return my call. When they finally did the first available "new patient" appointment was a month away. Today was the appointment day. Just before i left for the office i got a call from them telling me the doctor was running 3.5 hours late. When i asked if we could re schedule the next available appointment was 2 more weeks away. i decided to keep my appointment today. When i got there at the time they suggested i still waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room in addition to the 3.5 hours and then another half hour in the exam room before i left out of frustration without seeing the doctor. I would avoid this doctor at all cost. This is no way to run a business let alone a medical office. I cannot stress enough what a horrible experience this has been. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a doctor. Also the practice is called "Total Wellness Practice" from what i saw everyone who works there is easily 100lbs overweight. I've called twice over the last month to book an appointment without receiving a callback. When you can see her she's a great Dr but this is completely unacceptable.

Have been calling and leaving messages starting on 8/1 to get my prescriptions refilled and need a doctor appt bc I have a surgery on 8/29. Finally got through today and no appointments until 9/14. Don't bother leaving any messages because they won't call back. I've also sat in the waiting room 8 hours twice. Once they were behind and once, they "forgot" I was there.

Dr. adams is a good doctor, however, every single time without fail you will wait 6-7 hours waiting for dr adams. If you have a telehealth appointment, you will wait all day if they don’t call to reschedule. The appointments themselves are too far to book. if you decide to come to this office be prepared to clear your entire day.

Dr . Kimberly is the only reason I have somewhat of an idea of what’s wrong with me . She’s definitely a problem solver ! She is like the doctor on house! If it wasn’t for her I would have never known I was suffering from auto immune disease. You will wait past your appointment however that’s because she takes the time to provide individualized quality care with all of her patients. Hands down one of my favorite doctors!

The most amazing physician I have seen. Very caring and treats you like you’re family. All staff are amazing. Great team.

Dr. Kimberly Adams has been one of the most amazing doctors I’ve found since moving from the East Coast, to Vegas. It’s a different world in Vegas with everything, and I had a hard time finding an amazing physician. Dr. Adams may have a very long wait time, which if you knew how amazing she was, would not be a big deal. She legitimately cares about her patients and spends a great deal of time going over details. So please be assured the wait is worth her time and expertise. I always feel well taken care of and always feel heard. Not always the case with Vegas doctors in my experience. Dr. Adams always goes above and beyond once you are in her presence. So extremely thorough and present during consults. She is hard to get into, but totally worth the wait .

My visit took a long time. She spends a lot of time on her patients and it doesn't bother me waiting because I know she's dedicated to taking care of everyone that comes into her practice.

Many visits, many ailments. Dr. Adams was always conscientious, super-knowledgeable, passionate about her work, and a truly effective physician.

The worst office staff. My Mom has been a patient of hers for years and has tried to hang on because she loves Dr. Adams as a physician. But her staff is just the worst. They have cancelled her appts at least 4x consecutively. Completely unacceptable. Incompetent. Ridiculous. How many patients will she lose because of her staff?

Beware of long wait! Left CRYING!!! Appointment was at 10:40am I waited to see Dr Adams until 3pm and still did not see her. I had to take off because I have to pick up my child from school. First time patient…I left CRYING!!! I told one of the staff that I was going to leave and that I have been waiting for 4hrs and 20 minutes. Rudely he answered me the wait is the same wherever you go. No apology or Atleast show some compassion. I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime nothing close to this.

Dr Adams is a good doctor but after 7 yrs I had enough. The waits are ridiculous bad time management. The staff well there are a few that should never have anything to do with patients. The doctor dropped the ball on me with medication thus I left. That was unprofessional and irresponsible. Hopefully you have time to wait past appointment time because that’s the typical. Do yourself a favor and research for a different doctor. My philosophy.. it doesn’t matter how good a doctor is if they can make you feel you are not important. I’d rather be home watching paint dry then sit in her office and wasting my time….

5 hours wait to see Dr Kimberly Adams. Appointments are useless. Who does that? Where is patient care? Staff do not answer phone calls. Staff are rude , disrespectful and they LIE. They do not respect your time and you as a patient. Dr Kimberly Adams your staff are a reflection of how you will care for your patients. Your office is not that big for you not to know that you have 20 people waiting for 5 plus hours to see you. You guys are horrible and disturbing how you treat your patients. Never coming back ! I am very disappointed as I love dr. Adams I was diagnosed 2 mos ago with diabetes, and I did not receive refills on my shot bc doc wanted to see me about a month after. I tried to call to set apptmnt and her new receptionist, he will not return any of my calls. My medications were sent to two different pharmacies and it was a huge mess. As I called at lead 2 or 3xs a week for 2 mos. They called in 1 refill and even though I have left countless messages to set apptmnt. Still no return calls. I tried to set apptmnt on patient fusion and no one calls me back. I am on 19 meds and have a lot of issues, and no one seems to care to call me back. I do not understand. I never had issues until the new person was hired to answer phones, and he has gotten very nasty with me several times prior. He is telling patients to go elsewhere if they do not like it. I transferred my entire family over to doctor adams, because she is truly amazing. But her staff is a reflection of her, and they should be replaced. I can't even get a response, so I can picl up my records. I am very sad to have to get a new doctor, but my health and life is very important to me. I should not have to beg for my meds or an apptmnt

I hesitated in writing my review, hoping to give Dr. Adams and her team time to make improvements in the many areas that fall short of providing successful outcomes. I have been hung up on twice by her office manager after reminding him that I am not his sweetie nor his dear and that he can call me by my name while trying to resolve to get a referral sent to a cardiologist after waiting 2 weeks with no referral, leading me to have to postpone a scheduled surgery. Only then to have my name used condescendingly to add insult to injury. Appointments have to be monthly for chronic medication, yet it takes more than a month to schedule, so then your SOL in getting your necessary medication, and you either have to do without or you're told you can go to another doctor. I have tried for days in a row to try and contact the office, to no avail. I like Dr. Adams, but ultimately she must take responsibility for the crew she employs and the care they offer her patients. As a health care professional it makes me very sad to post this rating. Dr. Adams is an excellent physician, and at the same time, she is also a reflection of her staff. Please keep in mind that this not the first bad experience with her inconsiderate staff. My husband and I are both patients. My husband needed to see her before his surgery. He made the appointment and it was cancelled by the office. He was told they would call him to reschedule and that never happened. He left numerous messages with the office to reschedule but his call was never returned. He had to seek care elsewhere before his surgery. I, too, have the same problem getting in contact with the office. It is always an answering machine. All I needed was a referral for a mammogram. I left 3 messages over a 6 week period and was ignored. I made an appointment with a random virtual physician and was referred in less than 24 hours. I finally received a call from her arrogant phone clerk, Josh. I shared with him our experiences and received no apology, no empathy...only denial and bad attitude. He spoke over me and told me that we could find a new primary physician. He claims that Dr. Adams is well aware of the behavior of her office staff. I asked him to have Dr. Adams call me. Dr Adams-Cortez has won Top Doc. Of the year for numerous years and now she has won SBA woman's award for the last 3 years. Very good in getting you to the right specialist that they need, people complain about the wait, but they are usually the ones that take up all her time when they are with the Dr. I doubt that they can achieve all the awards that she has, we have a lot of amazing employees now that the Dr. loves. We have a whole new staff and they simply are amazing Jorge manager Josh front desk and of course we have Dellene our NP. In addition to all the NP students that come to our office they always say that we have to go train with her she is so amazing. Our patients are very special to us we love each and everyone of them. I have been going to Dr. Adams for 10 years starting in the clinic she used to work in. She has never been anything but kind and professional towards me. She listens to your issues and does everything she can to help you or send you to a proper professional specialist if needed. You aren't rushed thru the appt. however it takes hours to get in the back . I have recently heard NOT so nice things about her front office staff, some nasty long time Incompetent people working the front . They judge people and they lie. Not professional at all !! I had worked with Dr Adam's years ago and told my husband to go see her.BIG MISTAKE! Her office staff is so unprofessional! They messed my husband's referral up 3xs! Had us driving all over to the same place that doesn't take our HMO plan! I said let's find another Dr and hope that office is much better! I hope Dr Adam's gets it together with her staff!!!

I qualified for Medicare. I have United Healthcare HMO Advantage. My Primary Care Physician for 4 years doesn't accept this insurance. I selected Dr. Adams due to being in my area. It is impossible to speak with ANYONE! I left a voicemail message days ago and no one has called me back. She has a 2.9 Google rating. I guess this is why. How can she operate when we can't get through? How Unprofessional. Now I have to find another doctor.

Extremely disappointed, My mother just moved to the city and had been given her name as a provider that works with her insurance. Her first interaction with Dr. Adams was 4 hours late! my mother was able to leave the office complete tasks and come back. Mother said Dr. Adams was great face-to-face when meeting for the first time. Explaining how Las Vegas has great doctors and a lot of bad ones, what she failed to realize is she IS in the latter category. While I under the world is understaffed at this time, it's disturbing when your parent has a have a medical emergency, and she is trying to reach her physician. According to Dr. Adams, she can be reached after hours for a fee, which my mother was willing to pay and tried to leave a message but the service was not set up. Thank goodness her cardiologist, pharmacist, and daughters were able to figure out the combo of meds was making her sick and not working. Having worked with fabulous physicians, this was NOT one I would recommend

Dr Kimberly Adams and her staff are all amazing. I have been bringing my mother to Dr Adams for years and I have also switched to have her as my primary care physician. She is extremely thorough and we are never rushed. With that, there usually is a bit of a wait. But taking into consideration how knowledgeable Dr Adams is, how helpful and responsive her staff is, and well taken care of we are... we don't mind the wait. We bring a book to read. I would rather wait and get taken care of, then no wait and not be listened to and brushed off. I would give 10 stars for this entire office if I could! Dr Adams is amazing! Ive been seeing her for a few years now and wouldn't have it any other way. Yes, wait times are long... But so worth it. Tawni is amazing as well! Shes always there to help and she is very prompt about calling you back same day to answer any questions you may have. Thank you ladies! ❤️

I thought I found an excellent doctor in Dr. Kimberly Adams. She comes across as very compassionate, but when certain conditions arise Dr. Adams becomes a different person. Last December I reached out to her office for a medication refill. I was going to run out of my meds before the necessary bloodwork could be completed. The pharmacy continued to follow up with the doctor's office but was declined to approve the refill. I left a message for Dr. Adams to call but she never did. Because I must take this medication and was almost out, I had to go to the emergency for additional medication. When Dr. Adams learned of the situation she apologized and said it would never happen again. Recently Dr. Adams was required to fill out documents to continue my disability payments. She left out important information on the documents and future payments were denied. I reached out to Dr. Adams' office and requested she call me as soon as possible. Two weeks went by with no return call, so I scheduled an appointment in person. I waited two hours before I was brought into an examination room. When she did see me she was extremely rude, distant and we never made eye contact. She never sat down, paid no attention to my concerns and eventually just walked out and left me in the room. I had concerns about my medical disability . Doctors owe their patients the opportunity to ask questions and to be treated with respect. Dr.Adams is Amazing she has been my Doctor since 2010 .Ever visit she take her time and evaluate each problem you have and give the best treatment Plans for the health issue ..In my opinion She's the BEST in Nevada. Keep doing an Amazing Job Doc !!!Thanks for All u Do .

They never answer the phone. Then take hours to call back. I had been to the ER and was told to follow up with my physician in 1-2 days. Then I was told she couldn’t see me for a month and to check with my insurance to see what other doctors could see me. Why would I do that if SHE IS MY DOCTOR. Well now she WAS my doctor. Run!

My kids and I have seen Dr. Adams for the last 20 years. She is the most compassionate and caring doctors. I would not go to another doctor. Dr. Adams is attentive and more thorough and pays attention to all the details that I have had, and answer all the question that I have, and it is worth waiting for and she is an honest doctor, and positive motivator. and If she has to refer me to a specialist, the doctors she has to refer me to are outstanding. It's what makes a PHYSICIAN GREAT! The staff was super kind & friendly, and the office is so clean. That it's why my family follow her for 20 years and will still follow her. Love Her.

Dr. Adams is a wonderful doctor, knowledgable and someone who looks after her patients with diligence and care. I'm probably still walking around now because she found an issue that the specialist I was seeing overlooked. Kudos to her. There were issues with the back office in the past; however, those seem to have been addressed. There is typically a wait to see the doctor (close to an hour for my last visit) but that is understandable as she always takes the time to listen to my issues and discuss the possible approaches to take. My last visit, they even had me check in and leave and then sent me a text message when the doctor was ready for me so that I didn't have to wait in the office the entire time. Again, not perfect but she's definitely worth the wait.

My wife and I have been cared by Dr. Adams for over 15 years. She has always provided excellent and measured care.

Dr. Adams has been mine & my husbands Primary for over 6 years. I could not have found a better doctor. My husband had a massive stroke 8 years ago & was given 5 years possibly, to live. With Dr. Adams continuously focusing on his condition & progress, we are happy to say that the two of them have beat the odds of him living this long. She also cares for me & my Diabetes type 2. As his caretaker, I often forget to take care of me &I found myself in the hospital several times. Went to several Endo’s with no results. Then Dr. Adams took charge & I can say that my numbers are down & I feel great. She is aware of her staff & works diligently to improve. She is not the only one that has this problem, it’s a problem everywhere. Thank you Dr. Adams. Look forward to many more years.

I been referring to see dr Adam make schedule been waiting to months and they call me the cancel the reason because of coronavirus and she say we can reschedule you another appointment two months And i’ll wait another two months they call me we can Not see you after 4 months waiting And I say when you see me she said we don’t know we will call let know I been referred I Spring Valley emergency hospital but still I’m in pain but I can see the doctor

As a granddaughter, daughter, sister, and cousin of doctors, my opinion of Dr. Adams and her staff is judged by a lifetime of understanding how doctors behave and how their offices are supposed to be run. Dr. Adams fails on all counts. Her staff rarely answers the phone, and I mean rarely. Additionally, when leaving a message to be called back, in 48 hours, the request is rarely fulfilled. Appointments made months in advance get canceled. The next appointment is moved to months later. Patient care is precarious. Dr. Adams moved her office and failed to let her patients know. Pulling up to an empty office without any directions to the new office was surprising, to say the least. No sign, no help. Without a cell phone, the location would remain a mystery. As a doctor, she is minimalistic. Evidently, opening a medical spa is more important than real patient care. Dr. Adams allowed 2 health issues to be expressed. Only two. More than two, and you are out of luck.

Don't waste your time. This office has no respect for patients or their time. Appointments are useless. I waited an hour past my appointment and was told that it would be at least another hour. From the beginning, Dr. Adams’ office has held people hostage for no less than 3 hours on a normal well check appointment! Horrible bedside manner, horrible staff, horrible wait! If your appointment is (for example 9:00 a.m.), you sign in on time or early, you will no earlier be called back until 10:15-10:30. Then you sit in a room for another 45-an hour until Dr.Adams comes in. Not really looking at you (only at her iPad), says a few words, prescribes, and w/in 5-10 minutes she’s gone for good! Then you wait again until a nurse finally comes in (about 30-45 minutes) to hand you your prescription paperwork. The MOST horrific experience of the worst doctor visit known to man! The most amazing doctor I see everyone complaining about wait time ! Well guess what she is worth it a doctor who listens takes her time to figure out what wrong and gets you to the right specialist and that is amazing for a Vegas doctor. So if you want fast service or whatever go to the other docs who spend 15 min with you and move on. The staff is awesome Dr.Adams is simply the smartest doctor I have seen. I love Dr. Adams but lately it has been hard to get an appointment, I have to call 3 or 4 times before anyone answers the phone and then I am put on hold for at least 10 min. or more. Currently I have been on hold for 16 minutes.

I think Dr. Adams is an overall good doctor but getting timely responses or help is not going to happen with her office. I’ve been to trying to reschedule an appointment & have gotten no call back in over 48 hours. Tried calling yesterday and today and sat on the line ten minutes each time. Gave up. When I was in the hospital and I called because I was concerned about treatment, I was left on again. I’m planning on changing doctors. Not a review. Gave 1 star to be able to trigger this portal in order to ask a question. I'm on my mothers HIPPA form and would like to speak to Dr. Adams regarding my mother, however I have seen 2 different addresses for Dr. Adams, and have tried 3 different phone numbers, none of which work. (I am keenly aware of the extremely poor reputation of Dr. Adams' office staff.) Does anyone have a current working number for Dr. Kimberly A. Adams as of or as close as possible to Feb. 1st, 2020?

Great doctor that really listens and spends plenty of time with her patients. However you will wait a MINIMUM of 90 minutes past your appointment time. Her staff answers maybe 5% of phone calls and never returns calls.

I have been seeing Dr Adams for years ..she is the best .But her office staff ,is horrible.im in tears with appts being cancelled and no messages returned.u gave several health concerns, received a letter to follow up on results .but then given an appt over a month later ..I'm very frustrated so I guess urgent care for my other issues ??

Dr. Adams is great! I have been her patient for over 10 years. She takes the time to really listen and give the personal touch. She also is very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend Dr. Adams

If I could give a zero I would!! Made an appointment and respected her time. Sat there over an hour waiting until I asked how much longer......she was 2 hours behind!! She had two days of schedule compacted together and didn't bother notifying her patients before we can or upon entering the doors. Rediculous. Gave benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Showed up and apparently they cancelled appointments because she felt over booked and wanted to then rebook me. No thanks. Unprofessionalism at it's highest. Completely unorganized. Rediculous. Unfortunately I never got to meet Dr. Adams. I was scheduled for an appointment on April 3rd that ended up being canceled due to Dr. Adams being sick. Savanna promptly rescheduled me for Monday, April 8th. I received a phone call around 11am today (April 8th) but was unable to answer due to being at work. The caller did not leave a message so I assumed it was to confirm. I made my way after work to my appointment. As I walked in, I immediately got a negative vibe because of the office set up and the women that were out front. There was a girl standing and looking at her computer who seemed very annoyed and unfriendly, another girl sitting at a corner desk eating chips and drinking soda and then an empty desk. I wasn’t directed or even barely spoken to. So I assumed I needed to sign in. As I was signing in, the girl that seemed annoyed said that they weren’t taking walk-ins (says this as she staring at her computer) I let her know that I had an appointment. That’s when she rudely stated that the appointments had been cancelled. That’s when I got very upset and let them know that they were so unprofessional. Between not being greeted or acknowledged and the girl sitting at the desk eating chips and drinking soda I was over it. Josselyn exclaimed that the girl eating chips was 12 and it’s the managers daughter. At that point, I told her I didn’t care whose daughter she was, if you’re trying to be professional,especially at a Dr.’s office, no one should be out front eating chips and drinking soda. As I was about to leave, Savanna stated that she was sorry and that she had contacted all of the patients. I let her know that I got a call but no message. She was actually being professional while the others were snickering. Dr. Adams may be a good doctor, but she is in serious need of proper office management and learning how to return phone calls. Overbookings are routine and it is a miracle if you get someone from the office to return your phone call. Dr. Adams also overlooked some test results that were pointed out by another doctor 3 months after Dr. Adams should have seen and addressed the problem. The doctor needs to slow down and figure out how to manage her practice. Patients deserve better. I have been going to Dr. Adams for after 4 years..she is amazing- she has ran every test just to make sure nothing went wrong- she even was worried about one of my test results and because i had not updated my new phone number with her she sent the cops to my house to check on me- she has followed me for my weight and above all spends time and has concern for her patients-it is like a 50 min drive one way for me to go to her but i wouldn't go anywhere else.... Dr Adam's is one of the best GP doctors i've ever met. She listens, she cares, and she's very thourough. Some of the comments said they waited too long; I haven't found that to be the case over the last two years. I'm always in within an hour. Others complain about the staff; I've always found them to be pleasant and efficient, so I suspect that some of the reviewers came in with a bad attitude, and it was returned by the staff. The Doc is damn good, and the office is very busy as a result. Very busy staff don't react well to rudeness; they're not on commission, after all. Staff was super kind & friendly in a beautiful office. Dr. Adams is attentive & thorough- paying attention to all the details & asking all the right questions. It's what makes a PHYSICIAN GREAT! Gladly traveled across town to see her. Didn't wait at all but would wait, if that's what is needed to be treated by her.

Dr. Kimberly Adams is an outstanding physician. She listens carefully and explains things in a manner that I can understand. So far, all of her diagnoses have been spot on. It's really a long wait - up to 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, but the quality of care I am getting from her is worth it. I recommend patients just take a book to read, or fully charge the cell phone so you can surf the web and / or play games while waiting. Be tolerant. She will not disappoint you.

Dr. Kimberly Adams is a very caring doctor. She takes time to talk to and explain things. If something is wrong she will not stop until she knows what, why and how to handle. If Specialist is need she doesn’t hesitate to refer. Nurses and assistants are great. Now the receptionists needs a lot of work (only negative for me).

My husband and I had an early morning appointment with Dr. Adams. He suddenly did not feel well. She came into the room and immediately diagnosed that he was having a heart attack. He was hooked up to oxygen, given baby aspirin, hooked to an EKG and she had 911 respond immediately. She truly saved my husband's life! Thank you Dr. Adams.

This lady is way too busy! Biggest mistake I ever made going to her. You will sit in her waiting room for 4+ hours and then when she finally sees you she’s in a big hurry to get out the door to the next patient. If you call you get her voicemail and no one will return your call. On top of everything she is just a very strange person!

Magnicifient. Why the long wait? Because when it’s your turn with her, she gives you all the time you need. Want to talk about your personal life, what is bothering you, Dr. Adams cares. I’ve been seeing Dr. Adams for 10 years. I care for her because she shows care for me when she asks all the right questions and in her thoroughly checking every nook and cranny for whatever is happening physically. She tirelessly works hard for her patients. Because of the excessive wait times I’ve seriously considered switching doctors but then she solves issues missed and I stay. You cannot substitute for quality. My whole family goes to her even though making an appointment is a pain.

Waited a whole month for an appointment. Stated over the phone why I needed to be seen. Get to my appointment and they tell me I would need to be seen first then schedule another appointment in order to get my fmla paperwork filled out. Plus they had me wait even longer to be called in to see the Doctor a complete waste of my time.
