I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Smith, her profile states she is a head and neck specialist . I was given a script to have X-Rays done prior. The day of my appointment, I was given 12 pages of paperwork fill out, took me about 30 minutes, then 30 minutes later I get called back to see the doctor. She comes in tell me there is nothing she can do for me based on my X-Rays and ask why did I schedule an appointment with her. The entire 2 minutes she spent with me she talked to me like I was an idiot. It was a complete waste of my time. If a person schedules an appointment, takes their time to come in, and pays a $50 co-pay there is a reason. well I guess why should she care she got paid either way right? Don’t waist your time or money on Dr. Smith. Schedule with someone else who will actually help you, not talk to you and dismiss you like you’re an idiot. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Smith is always pleasant & professional yet is easy to talk with relating to your medical needs.

Rude, dismissive, no bedside manner arrogant

Dr. Smith was able to help relieve my pain which was causing me headaches. She gave me a pin point injection and it helped tremendously.

After 2 spinal fusions at premiere & multiple procedures with her throughout the past 3 yrs i was turned away by her. She said "idk why he keeps sending you back to me. There's nothing more I can do for you" she walked out of the room leaving me crying un pain. I go to a specialist in philly & got the proper diagnosis so i thought I'd give her another try since its around the corner from my house n was turned away again. Disgraceful behavior for a pain doctor

Dr. Smith-Martin was caring and friendly. She listened to my issues and is willing to help me with my pain. Only issue was I got an X-ray and she never mentioned what she seen if anything.

Dr. Smith is caring and compassionate when treating me. I have been a patient for more than 5 years and she has always been caring and willing to listen to me. I would recommend her to others suffering from neck pain that radiates to extremities.

At 1st she was great. Then after 2 spinal fusions i am still un pain & was sent back to her by my surgeon and she said "there's nothing more I can do for you " "why does he keep sending you to me"? And walks out of the room leaving me there in tears. I have nerve damage & debilitating migraines and they don't seem to care at all. I need a neurologist and now wondering why an orthopedic office don't have one.

I am very happy with my visit with Dr.K.Smith. she answered all my questions with me in mind with the trement that's best fit my needs.

Dr. Smith is compassionate and caring. She has helped me deal with chronic back pain for years. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a tremendous doctor and has a wonderful personality!

I was very pleased with Dr. Kimberly Smith Martin she listen to us and our concerns I had for my mom and agreed that an epidural would help my mom. I am glad Dr. Singh recommended her and I would definitely recommend her to other people.

I have been using Dr Kim over ten years . I brought my kids and now grandkids to her and premiere, They are really awesome! Dr Kim is the BESTEST! She really is sincere and cares!

Visit went well until I was told that I could not receive further treatment without a nasal Covid test. I asked if I could get another type of test but was refused. I have nothing but high praises for Dr. Smith but Premier's testing policy is arbitrary and discriminatory, forcing me to seek medical care elsewhere.
