Started seeing Dr Schaap about 18 months ago at that time see said i would need knee replacement. After speaking with her I decided that I would try the steroid injects first. I had two or three of those and then they no longer helped we tried the 3 Rooster Comb injections. Everything helped for maybe 6 months but then the pain always came back. She has been very patient with me and we will now go ahead with the surgery. I am frightful of the upcoming surgery but she and her PA have been very helpful explaining everything and assuring me all will go well and that I have a lot of work ahead of me for a good outcome. I will do that work and be back on my bicycle for the summer. Thank you both. I give Dr Scaap and her PA a 10 for wonderful!

Tom was very informative about my condition and helpful with suggestions to improve my pain. Besides all that he was very kind and answered all my questions I had. I appreciated his smile and encouragement with my weight loss, low carb diet, and daily exercise. Dealing with type 2, diabetes has been a struggle especially with previous injuries.

All staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Appointment was on time and staff moved me through procedures in a timely manner.

Dr. Schapp is awesome very professional, personable, caring and honest. She doesn't pull and punches or beat around the bush. She tells it like it is and is always will to answer any and all questions. Did not rush spends as much time as you need to understand the diagnosis. Her PA Thomas is also amazing. She has taught him well.

Knee injections given by Thomas Rogers who is very good at that.

Dr Kim is the best, an excellent doctor and surgeon, self-confident and with a lot of experience, I am very happy to see my son's progress

Dr. Schaap doesn't sugar coat what she wants to tell you. She is honest and tells you what needs to be done. If you follow her advice you will have a great outcome.

Dr Schaap is extremely professional and caring. She listens to concerns and resolves issues easily. She is an exceptional practitioner and makes the patient feel confident they are receiving the highest level of care. Her PA is excellent as well.

Everything was great! Really liked the on-line scheduling and registration. There were minimal wait times, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and all my questions were answered.

I've 2 appoints with Dr Schaap and the first one most of the time was spent with her PA very little time with the Doctor, the second appoint the doctor was not there at all with no explanation of why she couldn't be there.

Dr. Schaap did a great job of building rapport with my daughter who is very anxious about the surgery she will have to have. Dr Schapp is an amazing DR, so glad she was the one to do my surgery.She explained everything so well to me and my husband.I felt very confident that it would turn out well.I was very pleased with all the staff. I can now go to work and not be in pain. It was so bad She is Wonderfull.
