Charged over $400 for xrays. Stated they informed they were out of network, but they didn't provide cost of visit prior to visit. They also didn't provide cost of visit upon arrival. No mention of cost until time to leave. Make sure to ask for costs up front before you move forward. Also, dentist suggested we add small amount of bleach to water pic to help with whitening. Grossly over estimated work and sent home with quote for $15k when we only need a molar implant. Awful experience. When I tried to communicate about their business practices I was disregarded. "that's how much it costs". Yeah, well maybe tell people in advance so they're prepared. Not many people have a car payment ready to drop AT A CONSULTATION. Charged over $400 for xrays. The ONLY reason they got 2 stars was because Lisa from the front desk was amazing; great CS, friendly, professional and very informative. If It was based off her alone, I would give 10 stars. Now, for the little girl who called me 730 AM, one hour before my appointment and told me they were going over thier Clients list this morning in a staff meeting and Dr Larson didn't want to waste his time (her exact words) so they were referring me to a periodontist because they deal with gums. I asked, well doesn't Dr.. Larson deal with gums? She says yes but he reconstructs the mouth. So basically, what i got out of the conversation is my procedure wasn't enough money for him...Mind you my dentist (Dr Brandon)referred me to Dr Larson because I have tissue (muscle) in between my too front teeth, which is causing my two front teeth to gap if my orthodontist just take the wire out my braces for a few hrs so I can get a cleaning. If he would have taken the appt, he would have seen that I need and intend to get a molar implant. I could even stand a deep cleaning. I am so disappointed in that practice and I've never even step foot in there. Also, the person who called me this morning was saying they were referring me to a periodontist for the procedure, so I asked do he have a laser because that was the purpose of my dentist referring me to that office. She said I don't know, I said well it makes no sense to refer me because like Dr Larson doesn't want to waste his time I don't want to waste mine going somewhere the service I need is not provided. She said she would call and find out and call me back. NEVER did. She was very unprofessional, CS way past pease poor. She need to shaw Lisa and see how its done. And Dr Larson you may want to learn a lesson about turning down potential long term clients. Oh yeah, I plan on getting a few veneers after my ortho treatment too. ALL things you specialize in. I felt comfortable as soon as i walked in and the staff is really welcoming and friendly. Very clean and felt safe during these times. I love my smile now, the cost is well worth your healthy ???? smile

One of the best Prosthodontist in town. Have a great detailed knowledge about the full mouth rehabilitation and does a wonderful job. His expertise comes from the Kois knowledge which have changed lives with rehabilitating people once there teeth have grinded and they have no where to go. I've been putting off getting my dental work done for over 20 years due to kids in college and a million other reasons. This last couple years I went to numerous dentist around the State trying to find one I could trust to give me the best care. After visiting about 5 different ones I was ready to give up and live with bad or no teeth. Then a close friend and his wife told me about this dentist who they said was a miracle dentist. Well, I don't believe in miracles but from the first time I entered Dr. Larson's office and talked to him I knew he was the one. He gave me options no other dentist had offered to me in over 20 years. It has been nothing but a pleasure going to his office and then looking in a mirror and seeing teeth in my mouth again. I can now eat a steak or corn on the cob with no problem. Did it cost a lot? Of course it did! But no more then the others who simply wanted to pull all my teeth and put me in dentures. I have been going to Dr Larson for over 25 years. He is the best. As you walk in the office his staff are very friendly and make you comfortable for your visit. The clinic is clean and efficient. His assistants take you to a room and prepare you for seeing Dr Larson. Dr Larson comes in to greet you and addresses you concerns and any questions you may have. He is up to date on all aspects of what you need and how to take care of you. There is not a question about his caring. He will make sure you are comfortable and will give you his utmost attention. He is gentle when he is working on your mouth. I would not only give him a well deserved 5 stars but would recommend him to everyone who needs a dentist, implants or dentures. So much more than I could have ever hoped for!! My experience with Dr. Larson has been extraordinary in every way. I am 74 and was not happy to need a denture. Enter Dr. Larson who carefully discussed all options and laid out ALL costs upfront and was able to put my mind at ease. All procedures involved the greatest care and concern for my well-being and satisfaction. Voila, I had a denture that was so comfortable and natural looking AND on top of that I had a full year of follow up visits to allow for maximum attention to providing the best fit----all included! I have had my denture for 5 yrs. now and just went back for a reline and a couple of tweaks. What a good feeling it is to know that there are people out there who are perfectionists in their work and truly want what is best for their patients. The old expression "you get what you pay for" is very true here. Dr. Larson is a highly quality Dr. He and his supporting staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facilities are clean, up to date, and has a warm personal touch. If you have a question for the staff, they normally will have the answer, or will get back to you promptly. I have never been “put off” by this great staff! Dr. Larson did a complete work up on my remaining teeth, and made several recommended treatment to select from. This was a very professional presentation. In addition to all of his outstanding work, I will get to come back for a year to remedy any problems that may come up, all under the same plan. Doctor Larson and staff were exceptional. They did everything I wanted done on my teeth and more. A very professional and positive place to be. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality, perfection and a great smile to consider his office and experience. A great gentleman with a lot of class.

I had worn my teeth to hubs and was sent to see Dr Kim Larson by our family dentist. He and his staff, are awesome, looked me over and came up with a plan that restored dentetion and one that I could do financially as well. I needed it to be done ASAP and over a period of time all my teeth were capped and I looked like a new woman and no longer had teeth breaking or emergency care needed because of their fragile status. That was 10 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dr Larson restored my dental health, gave me a functional bit, teeth the size and number desirable. His staff are a joy to work with and I continue to do so with yearly follow up and care.

Dr Larson is by far the best Dentist we've been too. My wife has a lengthy medical history and as a result required dentures. Her particular needs make it difficult to get a good fit. We have been to a number of Dentists, with less than satisfactory results. Dr Larson is far and away the most caring and patient Dentist we've been to. His attention to detail is far above anything we have experienced so date. His staff is also first class. I have no hesitation referring anyone to him.
