It was a really good experience

Great job and fast process.

A positive experience from the receptionist's friendly greeting to the skilled technical ability of Dr. Erikson. He explained my options in a clear manner. There is no pressure to do any one procedure. His practiced and practical wisdom was very apparent. He explained potential surgical challenges and was supportive of my preferred approach. Dr. E. was sensitive to my comfort during the surgical procedure. He explained each step of the process, which helped put me at ease.

Went in Feb 2019 to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. All 4 of my wisdom teeth are partially impacted with deep roots. He informed me that I was at a higher risk for nerve damage so he was only going to do 2 teeth at a time. I was given IV sedation and laughing gas. I was out for the whole procedure and got pain meds after. I healed perfectly. No complications. Will be returning for the last two. The only reason I gave 4 stars bc the office is very outdated but he knows what he is doing!

Everyone was amazing and Dr. Erickson was not only great at explaining everything about the procedure but humor was refreshing! I felt at ease and and actually enjoyed my visit. The surgery and healing process was the easiest I have ever had! Highly recommended!!!

As good as possible with this type of surgery. It took almost a full week for my son to recover.

Unsympathetic to me as a patient. I was nervous, was supposed to have all of my upper teeth removed to clear for a denture. Was told when referred that it was so i could be put under for the procedure, Dr. Erickson absolutely refused this. I have an issue with needles, and was trying to to express that I just needed to get a hand hold before he went into my mouth (without it being numb) with the needle. Its something i do so that I dont try to get the doctor out of my mouth during the procedure. He became very rude, and rather mean. I would recommend any patient with anxiety issues to stay as far away from this Dr as possible. Again, THE WORST DOCTOR PATIENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!

This establishment and Dr erickson are a poor excuse for professional service. I was treated unfairly and LIED TO. I had an appointment set for over a month with Dr Erickson to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Erickson recommended that I do two separate procedures- could not explain the risks in a straight forward way and why doing two separate procedures would waive or lessen any risks - this was obviously a way to fish for more insurance money. I was adamant about why doing all 4 extractions at the same time was vital to my Invisalign timeline and also, my driver lives over 2 hours away and I’m unable to take more time off of work. They were unhappy with my decision but Erickson and his Nurse told me seperately they could not make the decision for me, that it was MY decision ultimately. On the day of surgery, after my driver drove here and I took off a week of work, Kim tells me that it’s not my decision and that “he’s the doctor” and tried to belittle me into seeing his way and that he wouldn’t do all 4 wisdom teeth as we had previously agreed. Needless to say I walked out without doing any procedures. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. Would not refund the entirety of my money. Completely waste of my life. Also, there was a blood stain on the floor of the office we were in which- ew. Save yourself and do not bother with Kim and his staff!

Office staff is wonderful ,warm and friendly.Dentist was poor listener and communicator .Cranky ,cold and uncaring .He definitely does not want patients with delta dental and makes that quite plain.

I wish I could give the man a 0..very rude!! I was supposed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and at my consultation he was rude about my anxiety told me he wouldn't sedate sedate me cuz I have fibromaylgia and when the day came tooth do surgery he told me he wouldn't do the surgery because I didn't take antibotics before which he never prescribed or mentioned taking..cuz I have rods in my back which I have never had to take antibotic for anyone else working on my mouth..I have wasted my gas

I have visited Dr. Erickson several times in the past year- and each time very impressed with the staff- and Dr Erickson's assistants -the surgery was done with prior discussion, and details- Each surgery was a complete success- and a follow up visit to make sure the healing was being done- I give this group 5 stars and do encourage friends and relatives to see him--

Dr. Erickson explains things thoroughly and is very personable - a great doctor. The assistants and technicians I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful.

Dr erickson explains everything in an easy to understand manner. He is kind and makes you feel so comfortable! Highly recommend. Office staff is great!!

We haven’t done the work yet but I am blessed that he is kind and compassionate and was willing to take my insurance. Dr Morse and the oral surgery team in Kalamazoo are about the money and would not take me. I guess Medicare and Medicaid are beneath the Morse oral surgery team in Kalamazoo.

Painless!

Highly recommend Dr. Erickson and his staff as A+ too.

Excellent, caring doctor and staff!

Dr Erickson was able to help me on the same day that my dentist told me I needed to have my molar extracted. He was patient, gentle, professional and thorough.

For me it started with a bad tooth ache, my dentist thought it was being caused by my wisdom tooth. They sent me to someone to have it pulled but this office staff and surgeon was rude so I decided not to, which as it turned out would have been the wrong tooth. I finally ended up at dr. Erickson's office, staff was kind and friendly. Dr Erickson determined the wisdom was not the problem, but the infected tooth next to it. With his advice we dedcided to pull both teeth. Recovering fine. Great job

Dr Erickson was vey knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis well. He did not push surgery but offered a balanced view of options.

It pays to go to someone with lots of experience. Dr. Erickson has been doing this for a long time and is excellent at it. The staff is efficient and pleasant to work with. My tooth extraction was a piece of cake! 5 stars!

I have used Dr Erickson's services several times ... Tooth extraction and evaluation for implants. His willingness to explain everything and answer questions is wonderful. Should the need arise, I would return in a heartbeat.

The staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Erickson was very thorough in explaining the procedure to me and my daughter. He did an excellent job with the surgery and was very caring throughout our visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Erickson and his staff.

You have options. I was referred to Dr. Erickson by Spectrum Heath TVAR Clinic. After a 45 minute wait, Dr. Erickson spent 5 seconds in my mouth, 10 seconds looking at an X-ray, then told me I needed 16 teeth extracted. He basically told me I would die if I didn't. Today I went to another oral surgeon who told me I didn't need any teeth extracted for my heart surgery. One look at the shabby office and malcontented staff will show that this practice exists to make one person lot of money.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Dr. Erickson was reassuring, and I appreciated it due to my initial nervousness. I paid far less than I expected to looking at the worst case financial scenario. I went in to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed, and if I had known it would be that easy I would have done it years ago!

I think he might be hard of hearing, But very knowledgeable and efficient.

unable to open jaw fully without pain a month after wisdom tooth extraction. never had a problem with other three wisdom tooth extractions.
