Dr. Thein has been my PMC for several years. Of all the doctors I have had in my 70 plus tears she has been the best I have ever experienced. She has provided me with an explanation of my health status with recommended treatment options. She listens intently and provides answers in a manner that I easily understand. I consider myself blessed to have her as my PMC and would recommend her to anyone.
Not clear about instructions, doesn't listen to concerns, and doesn't follow up when she promises to. Generally unpleasant to deal with and doesn't seem willing to help, but is happy to refer to specialists that don't take my insurance and then is annoyed when I don't go.
